Im a huge fan of Chipotle. Ive been eating at tons of Chipotle franchises for years and years, but this one Im sick of for a number of reasons. These folks cannot construct a structurally sound burrito to save their lives. Literally every burrito I get here is falling apart by the time I sit down at the table. That is not the case at other Chipotle restaurants. This is not the standard Chipotle failure of giving you too many ingredients to wrap the burrito. Here, they give tiny, wildly inconsistent portions, resulting in burritos 2/3rds to 3/5s the expected size that are lazily wrapped. The thing that triggered my review after two years of coming to this franchise, is that they were dusting the ceiling over food and tables where customers were eating today. Dust bunnies falling on my friggin plate. Im sick and tired of this franchise. Im still a Chipotle loyalist, but not to this franchise. No longer will the extreme convenience next to campus get me in the door so often.

Oh, Chipotle, you are so cunning, locating right there on the Drag. Im not sure there is any other restaurant that I would be willing to frequent so, well, frequently. So, for that, I say thanks! About this location: its just about the same as any other Chipotle. I mean, youre in Texas, so you probably should find yourself a taco stand, truck, or window. But those arent always locate directly across the street from your building. Its always hoppin, especially midweek during the regular UT terms. Nevertheless, those speedy workers are able to churn out burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and "salads" like its nobodys business. Oh, speaking of "salads," heres a fun fact: even though they call them salads, these delicious meals are nothing more than an upside down burrito bowl with some extra lettuce and salad dressing. These things are awesome!

Oh Chipotle on the Drag what happened to you? You used to be the fastest place to get lunch near campus. You were so reliable and consistent. But things have changed and I dont like it. Maybe it was the introduction of the Sofrita that started the fall? The assembly line is painfully slow and coordination between servers and the kitchen is always out of whack. It seems like the chicken always runs out right as I try to order and will be "5 to 10 minutes" before more is ready. Maybe I should just go to Qdoba. At least they have free guacamole now.

A perfect convenient location for UT students; its fast, cheap, and filling. Love their tortillas and I always order them on the side with a barbacoa bowl. If Im feeling rich Ill order some guacamole on top...because guacamole goes well with everything. Although I never crave it, Chipotle has great food with quick customer service. The tables are usually clean and I can always find an open seat.

Conveniently located across from the West Mall area of UT, Chipotle is a great place to grab a filling lunch if you are on or near campus. The staff are very pleasant, even when they are busy with the lunch crowd. I love the chicken bowl and burrito (flavorful and spicy), especially topped with some of their guacamole. Fresh food for a great price at a good UT campus location.

Ate a veg burrito for the first time here. Liked it, although it was a little too big for me to finish. We came to UT Austin for my sons admission to undergrad program and were looking for vegetarian food options just outside the campus. Good place to go back and eat vegetarian food comfortably as they prepare it right in front of your eyes like Subway.

I love how close this Chipotle is to campus. Makes it so convenient to go to after class or even between classes. Theres a line sometimes but it goes fast usually. The food is so good, though, which is why I always love coming here. I usually get the bowl but I also ask for two flour tortillas as extra, which are always free. The service is great, too!

Chipotle is always awesome! Just a few minor problems at this location. The pico salsa had a bunch of tomato stem pieces. These pieces should not have been served. We got our food to go. I noticed afterwards that I was charged for guacamole (should be free with veggie burrito; I got it on the side.)

Congratulations if you get here without the company of an entire sorority or fraternity in line with you. Food is consistent and they just added small bags of lime-flavored chips for $1.75. Service is slow sometimes, like everyone is stoned (completely possible).

Where else can you grab a $4 margarita between classes at 11am? Great food and great drinks right across from campus. They are very generous with their food and you never leave hungry. They have a nice size dining room so its a great place to go with a group.

Small as it is, this is still my favorite Chipotle mostly because i have been here so often. The service is always quick and the food comforting. Across the street from West Mall, this is the perfect place to grab a bite on your way to class or from it.

Theres really nothing much to complain about Chipotle. The food is always great. The line/wait is quite long if you come right around lunch time. I usually order online to avoid the wait although they dont have it ready sometimes when I get there.

The ingredients are fresh and delicious. They also have really fast service so dont be dissuaded by a long line. Youll usually wait about five minutes. Its great if you need a study break and dont want to stray too far from campus.

I love Chipotles quick service but I think its over prices for a fast-food joint. Their veggies are usually fresh and their salsas have a good spice to them. The portions are big, you could possibly get 2 meals out of a bowl.

I love eating here as a Vegan, but I recently had a huge disappointment. I would give it a Five-Star review if they were more clean when it comes to separating their products. I found a big chunk of meat inside the guacamole!

You cant really go wrong with Chipotle. Its quick, healthy, fairly inexpensive, and this location is great. The crazy college kids tend to leave the place a dump, but besides that, youll enjoy your quick Mexican action here.

Shopping at the co-op. Popped in....Super food, good service. Everyone said hi, was friendly. Food was healthly. We had the tacos, rice bowl and the salad. Got to choose our own ingrediants. Family loved it.

I went in for a quick burrito (I go there pretty frequently) and my card doesnt read right (not declined, the machine just cant read it) and I am 2 dollars short of the total... they tell me they cant help. Jeeze

I love chipotle. Definitely my favorite fast food mexican place. The only issue here is that the staff always seems to be incompetent at rolling my burritos and they always fall apart. So hard to eat like that.

Youre not really much more than a number here. They want you in and out as fast as possible. At least theyre friendlier than the folks at Qdoba, but the burritos arent as good, in my opinion.

This Chipotle is usually super busy because its across the street from UT. Avoid peak dining times and you might not have to wait in line much. Parking on the drag can also be an issue.
