I usually you dont write comments about businesses, but this is my 2nd horrible experience with the place. 1. It takes about 45min-1 hour for your order to be delivered. 2. they dont give you actual receipts, they give you some hand written scrabble. Soooo. 1st experience they over charged me, when the guy got here to deliver the order thats when they gave me some hand scribbled mess, that show taxes or anything, so i just cut my loss and said ok. TODAY I order food, and long story short they didnt deliver what I ordered. I called up there to rectify the situation and they essentially called me crazy telling that the shrimp was there it just "looked like the chicken" and the didnt include my 2nd piece of cheesecake which I am sure I paid for. THen they went stupid as if they couldnt understand what I was explaining.......needless to say, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I walked in as a customer and realized that i had forgotten my phone, as a big spender at panda and most Chinese restaurants, I must keep a close eye on my bank account. So I asked the store manager in the most polite business professional manner," yes sir, I just so happen to have forgotten my phone, is their any possible way I may use a phone to check my balance before I order?" He chuckles in the rudest tone (like Im some no good broke loser) and says," Im not going to let you use MY PHONE! To check Your Money!".......Ive never been so put down and embarrassed.....he deserves to be demoted, not fired so he can learn a little respect from the nice people that are customers otherwise he will run your employees to quit as well as run the business in the ground...Im sry, its the realistical truth......thank you

As far as the food goes its good. but thats all I have to say about the restaurant that is positive. I just placed an order at 630 and they said it would be 45 minutes till delivery approximately. Expectation 45 minutes is the maximum time I have to wait, but I ended up waiting till 820 for my food to arrive cold. Now while this isnt the norm I would honestly simply just expect to be compensated for my time that I have to wait but instead the store manager said that I could either return the food or I could just keep it , and after threatening to never call back with my business ever again offered a measly 20 percent discount on my order for making me wait an hour and 45 minutes for cold food that I had to reheat in the microwave. So would you order from them? Thats up to you

Ive eaten or gotten take out from a lot of Chinese restaurants around the country. I would compare the quality and quantity of food from Royal Panda, with the really good Chinese restaurants from Southern California, especially those from the LA area. So far, Ive gotten both delivery and take out, and was very pleased each time. The Moo Shu Chicken, Lettuce Wrapped Chicken, and Cashew Shrimp were all really good, with the Lettuce wrapped Chicken replacing the shrimp as my top rated dish. Some restaurants cut corners to save cost and you get some scrap or left over chicken pieces mixed in, but not here. The chicken was all tender pieces of meat with no scraps mixed in. I cant wait to order again this weekend.

ate lunch here today and it was very good! The parking is limited and when I arrived there was no parking in the parking lot so I parked on the street with other cars. It was packed but I was sat within a few minutes. The person that sat me took my drink order and my waitress brought it back. I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special with double fried rice and I enjoyed it. The fried rice didnt need soy sauce and the chicken was crispy and tender. Could have used less green onions, but I just moved them to the side. Next time I go I will ask for extra broccoli as it was cooked well also. Overall a great place, with great food, but limited space inside and out.

I ordered Sheimp egg foo young, chicken wings, and egg rolls! Didnt want bean sprout, and was a little upset I was told it couldnt be cooked without bean sprouts , so I cancelled the order after my card was charged! They werent outta pocket, and I end up speaking with the cook, which explained to me why egg foo young had to contain the bean sprouts! I then asked for the order to be resubmitted, and opted to pay in cash, since I didnt want to recharge my card! Shortly after my food was delivered hot, and I enjoyed it after purchasing additional gravy, and onions from Red Neck Heaven! Great customer service they now have an client!

Customer service is horrible. I recently called to place an order for delivery. Once my order was placed and he then asked me for my address. It was then he told me they wouldnt be able to deliver to my location and abruptly hung up the phone without allowing me the option to pick it up. Another incident happened when I came to pick up my food, I sat inside his restaurant for 30 minutes, while he had me wait, as he took other orders over the phone. Oddly enough I saw food sitting on the counter as I waited. Once he was done he hands me the same bag that I saw and comments, you were supposed to be here a little earlier.

I called to put in a pick up order and the man on the phone was very rude and short with me. When i came to pick up the order I again was met with a rude short attitude for an unknown reason. I walked in and quietly waited to be helped to finish my drink order as my phone order for the food had been placed. I was rudely told to sit and that I had already been informed my food would not be ready for at least 20min. Which I knew and understood which was why I arrived 15min after i called in the order. There was no reason for the attitude I was given.

I orded food form them, it tool them an hour to get it to me. Only to bring me the wrong order. I called them back they said they would replace it. Its been another hour and i still havent recieved my order. I told them that I wanted a full refund, they told me the most they could do is give me free egg rolls. Two hours later and I cant even eat lunch and now I dont have time to get anything. Save your money, dont waste it here. There pot stickers for sub par.

Two stars is a bit generous to be honest. The food took a very long time to arrive, estimated time was about 8:50 we didnt receive our food till closer to 9:45. We called twice, we didnt receive any information about when it would arrive, just that they were busy. Its understandable, but still a bit more information would have been nice. The food tasted okay it wasnt anything spectacular but it was cold. Ill be hesitant to get food here in the future.

Worse Customer Service ever. They dont have an updated menu. When we walked in the were playing on their phone and ignored me. Finally someone came out and I asked fotnthe lunch and they said it was over when on the menu they have online it says 4pm. They did not respect that they said that changed 2 months ago what??? And they dont update their website. What kind of owner does that?? Where is Customer service now days?
