This place is off the chain. If I had a dollar for every time the customer service was through the roof, I would never have to pay for a meal here again! The oysters are always nice and moist, and never cease to amaze me! Sometimes I come here just to talk to the staff, as they treat each customer with the utmost respect, its almost like they are all professional councilors out to battle against frowning faces. If for some reason you leave this joyful place without a smile, then I am going to take a random guess that your name is Mr. Grinch. If I was right by that guess, then I can do nothing but wish you a Merry Christmas.

The office I work at has a staff of 12 people and we order individual meals often from this Fish City location. Everytime we have placed an order it has been a breeze! I am usually the one picking up lunch for our office and I prefer to get catering type meals because a lot of the time individual orders are messed up and hard to keep track of. Fish City ALWAYS labels every meal with the persons name (amazing)! The food is fresh, packed well, correct, and always accompanied by plenty of condiments. This review is long over due - thanks for being the bomb Fish City in Flower Mound!

The grilled salmon on rice was amazing! I find myself craving it, and no matter where else I go, I have not found a better grilled salmon. Also, the red beans and rice are perfect to me- just the right amount of spice and onion and sausage (a lot of places skimp on the sausage). The only bad item I had was the sweet potato wedges, but they were horrible. I found them to be a little greasy (could have drained them more). As far as service goes, our waitress was super friendly and accomodating, although our drinks ran dangerously low, she always caught it before we ran out.

When I first came in I felt welcomed. The manager(Andrea) was very cheerful. Because it was my first time they offered me samples of the soups and taste of their oyster nacho, which was bad. When I got my order of fried fish Alex want to know what I thought about the food. I told her it was bland and she insisted on getting me another fish with more flavor. She asked me again about the fish and told her what I was looking for. Then she brought out some seasoning to put on my fish. She really wanted to be satisfied and come.

This place tries, they really do. Props to them for that. However, it seems they are confused on the difference between an APPETIZER and an ENTREE. Their appetizers come in portions of crumbs that wouldnt fill up a bird, and their entrees are the size of what should be appetizers. Now dont get me wrong, I LOVE to eat, A LOT, ALL the time, but even a lordass has some standards when it comes to food portions. Their food isnt that bad, just be prepared to order 3 or 4 entrees to be the equivalent of 1 entree elsewhere.

I visited FISH CITY yesterday in Flower Mound because I was craving shrimp and grits and didnt feel like driving to Pappadeauxs. To my surprise their shrimp and grits were sssoooooo good. I would have loved for them to have corn but oh well. Again.... sooooooo good! I also tried the gumbo. It was very tasty as well. Just right as a matter of fact. Not too spicy as most gumbos are. I cant wait to visit again today to try the fish and chips. A definite score just a couple of miles from home. This is heaven!

We went here for "Margarita Day" thinking that it was a great deal to get "Gold" margaritas for $5. The discount was only .25 cents off their regular price and the beverage was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was nice and we really enjoyed their Calamari. It was seasoned perfectly, cooked well, and very enjoyable. We will come back again to eat diner and try out more food, but were not particularly happy with the bar. Service was great besides that!

The restaurant was fairly crowded for a weekday yet the service was relatively quick. The fried calamari appetizer was delicate, not overly breaded. The crab bisque had surprisingly little actual crab meat even though them menu touted two kinds of crab used. The fish and chips were light and airy with waffle fries, a nice change from the standard issue fries.

Great Service even when its in the middle of the day, most places struggle to excel in the dead times. The crab bisque and jalapeño soup are yummy! The server/bartender suggested the blackened catfish po-boy, it did not disappoint. The pickled okra is a nice touch. The fish was moist and flavorful and the fries were crispy and well seasoned.

We visit 4 times a month. Food is always fresh and flavorful with new specials weekly. Best crab legs, coleslaw, fish tacos in town and addictive waffle fries. Friendly staff, they even pack-up a nice take-out for days we just need a good meal, but no time to eat there. We have been recommending Fish City Grill from the day they opened!

First time there a couple weeks ago. Odered the fried catfish, had waffle fries, hush puppies, cole slaw to die for, all was absolutely perfectly done. My husband ordered the blackened catfish with rice and he was very pleased also. Going to try the one on Preston tomorrow with my 86 year old mom for her birthday.

We really enjoy Fish City Grill. We went one day on a whim for lunch and have been back five times in two months. We really enjoy the snow crab and Ive had oysters on half shell several times and they have been excellent. Service is always fast and friendly. Will definitely go back again and again.

Love this place! Every time I come here Im always surprised at how good everything is, fresh, delivered by prompt professional staff in a nice atmosphere. The oyster nachos are so different and so good . I had the Rafaels shrimp cocktail the other day that was amazing ... And I could go on and on.

In my own opinion, this restaurant was a great place to eat at. The decorations were pretty creative. The beads added to the ceiling fans are a great addition and adds some bit of an effect in a positive matter to the atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was great!

It is a nice smaller restaurant with a local feel. The seafood is consistently well prepared with affordable imaginative daily specials. A favorite choice is to order a bowl of their awesome soups: Cream of Jalapeno and Crab Bisque and swirl them. HEAVEN!

A solid, consistent, seafood restaurant with Louisiana style preparations. Crawfish in season, a few local tap beer choices, great service. Their food is fresh and flavors are unique to other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Food is good. Soup is great. Decent beer selection including some local brews on tap at reasonable prices. Go order the soup. Get half roasted jalapeño and half clam chowder. You will thank me. The bisque is amazing too.
