I have been here two times in a row for my birthday and both visits were amazing. Great flavor. . However, my family and I were there last night and it was different. The water tasted like dirty tap water... my children had the chicken wings and they loved them. My husband, brother and I shared a basket of crawfish, shrimp, potatoes and corn... we ordered the XX level of hot. It was spicy but had absolutely no flavor. All I tasted was the dirty tap water. I wonder if they are under new management again?? . The staff were very friendly! The place was very clean! This is my favorite spot so we will definitely give them another chance. :-)

I dont know if this place is under new management or what. I came here about a year and a half ago and was pleased. Today I dont know what the hell I walked into. Number one the cook yelled and cursed at the cashier the entire time I was waiting on my food to go. He was EXTREMELY LOUD and everyone in the restaurant kept looking around in horror. Second I paid $22 for a seafood plater that was worth maybe only $12 with the small portions I received. Needless to say I wont be back. I really use to like this place to, its sad to see it go downhill.

Crawfish to Go!!! They were old and reboiled. They were too old to eat. They crumbled while peeling. I was so disappointed definitely needed to return and I definitely should have contacted management but I only bought 2lbs and I will not return. I had to drink milk to kill the old taste out of my mouth. I will not be returning. When you are already charging too much $7.99lb they should definitely be fresh. I will not be back. If you go to this restaurant, I suggest you dine in that way you can have them correct.

Stay away!!!! It appears that Management skimps on certain things such as Lighting (very dark inside), Utensils (I guess they hope you dont need any, because you have to ask for it). A roll of paper towels instead of napkins. Beer ($3.00) is cheaper than Sodas ($3.69). You get so many refills, but if you want to carry , plus they charge $1.00 for a carry out cup. An extra 1/2 slice of sour dough bread is $0.80. Its ridicules. I dont think thats real catfish either.

First visit to this restaurant and will not return. Food over priced, and not up to the quality of fast food, service was terrible. Ordered appetizer, and when it didnt come i asked about it and was told only one cook and would come with meal. Had to ask twice for silverware. Believe me when I say, you would get a much better meal at Long John Silvers for the third of the price. How they are in business is a mystery

I ate lunch in this place this week sams it was fresh oysters fried crispy.fries were crispy too Just got take out and it is the worst seafood I have ever had. I bragged about the food and was mistaken. The fried fish, oysters and shrimp is over cooked mush. I guess its the end of the evening slop. Sad. Only reason am giving one star is because it will nor let me write this review without one star.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. Very disgusting!! Place was dirty and smelled very bad, whatever family recipe this is needs to stay in the family because it was NOT seafood omg i was trying to keep ahold of myself, idk how people can say this is good! Service was ok just the whole place was unsanitary! Oh the fried pickles sucked!

The people were nice but the seasning wasnt good at all. I thought it will be really good based on the price that I paid. This place cant touch the The Boling Crab, but they try to charge like they are. I should have knew that it wasnt that good when they only had a couple familys there. I will not return.

I was thoroughly unimpressed. I visit Boiling King Crab with friends often and decided to try this place because it is close to my house. The flavor of the food was not good and the salad was hardly with the $12. Ill stick to my regular spots for seafood next time.

I ordered take-out here and it was okay. Great favor and spicy but the crawfish was way overcooked. However, the potatoes, corn, and snow crabs was prefect. Im from NOLA so Im starting to think people in DFW just cant boiled crawfish and shrimp. Ill keep looking...

Came in and ordered catfish & fries with red beans n rice. Everything was good & fresh. Fish was well seasoned with a thicker crust, red beans were wonderful with lots of flavor, one of the more authentic Creole tasting red beans n rice Ive tried in the DFW.

Worst oysters Ive ever had, they were too expensive, very undersized for the price, and had lots of shell in. Bad customer service. They messed up my order, decided to leave and get fast food instead, before they could mess it up more.

The food was good but the place is dirty. We were given a dirty bottle of ketchup and when we asked for a clean one we were given an even more dirty one. And I mean dried up sticky ketchup all over the bottle dirty. Nasty!
