Food is good, but dont expect to have any idea when your order will arrive. Weve ordered from them more than twenty times and most of the time they arrive in a normal amount of time. But twice now its taken more than 2 hours and then required us calling repeatedly to get the order. We live 3 minutes from this restaurant. When this happened the other day I called to check on the order and the guy put me on hold and it went to voicemail. I hung up then called again, this time the girl who answered put me on hold to check, but actually hung up. At this point I was very upset and embarrassed since we had guests who were very hungry. I got in the car and drove up to the store. When I got there my order was sitting up on the counter. When they gave me the receipt, I crossed out the delivery charge and the tip and wrote the new total with my initials. Then signed. Its now been almost a week and I have not been refunded the delivery/tip. They have officially lost my business and since my family has frequently ordered from them I hope they learn their lesson. I will also be in the store this weekend to get my refund. My curry also arrived one time completely rancid. Something had gone bad in it. I assumed it was a one off since we had ordered successfully from them so many times, and it never happened again.

I was visiting from out of town and grabbed some take out on my way from work to my hotel. I had Hunan Chicken to go. Large portion, great flavor! I really enjoyed it. I opted for the upgrade fried rice (instead of white rice) and an extra eggroll. The fried rice was pretty bland and it was very dry. I ended up pouring the extra juice from the Hunan Chicken on it to add flavor and liquid. The eggrolls were ok, one was obviously old and was a little chewy, the other was nice and crunchy. Both had good flavor. All in all it was great food! I would recommend to all, especially if you want quick and easy take out. The lady that helped me was very nice and the food was ready very quickly. The hot oil needs to be hotter, but thats just me.

I usually order from here often, but my order a couple days ago was the last. My family and I ordered several dishes on Friday night, and the meal was quickly haulted due to my stepdaughter finding HAIR in her plain fried rice. Not just one piece, but THREE small strands. Also, my partner had a large piece of eggshell in her crab rangoon. These findings were a complete turn off from the food, and we threw away everything thing else. An almost $45 dollar family dinner wasted! I did contact the restaurant and informed them of the incident. Hopefully they do a better job here on out on taking preventative measure at making sure this type of thing doesnt happen again. So anyone eating here, check your food before eating.

(Previous review) Great fresh food, only place we order from.. Im changing my review from 5 stars to 1 I ordered last night (11.6.16) food is always delicious and fresh or so I thought, but my fiancee and I became extremely sick to our stomachs all night. I called today to let them know, they said Im the only person that had called, the manager I talked to didnt seem to be concerned about the quality of food they are sending out or didnt offer us a refund for our food, we only order from them, and after last night I dont think I ever will.

Was in the area, looked up reviews this one had some good ones. I live way up by alliance area. I ordered sweet and sour chicken...they didnt give me any sweet and sour sauce so I had nuggets. Brocolli beef meat was fatty and nasty. The broccoli tasted ok. I called to let them know I wasnt happy about my order didnt ask for anything I just told them they needed to be more careful when packing up an order and that I would.most likely never come back, I got hung up on. That is just RUDE.

My new favorite in Bedford. Food is really good and the people are friendly. In particular I love that they dont seem to overcook the vegetables in their dishes. Everything Ive had so far has been fresh and crunchy. The lunch specials are an incredible deal. They are tucked away in the side of a shopping center, but well worth finding. So far I can recommend the Hunan and Szechuan Chicken, the Orange Chicken, and the steamed veggies.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bedford and felt like Chinese food. Placed a phone order and was told 45 mins. to be able to deliver it - 25 mins later a knock on our door and food was delivered. The Crab Rangoon was absolutely PERFECT! Some of the BEST Chinese food we have had in a very long time. HIGHLY recommend the China Wok if your in the area. Will definitely order from them again next time we are in town.

This place is phenomenal for a local Chinese delivery . The food is good, the crab rangoon is EXCELLENT, my order is always delivered accurately , politely, and with plenty of utensils and sauces. The staff is informative and well mannered. My one small complaint is their delivery time, but for good food, Ill wait 40 minutes to an hour, especially since they deliver so far away from their location.

Wow! Its hard to find a good Chinese place that had everything right. I always judge a place by their egg drop soup and they didnt disappoint. Smooth broth lots of egg! The portions are ridiculously large! We ordered 3 kids meals and there was enough to feed 6 kids. Egg Foo young are the largest pancakes Ive ever been served at a restaurant. This is my new fav spot

We asked for no onions but the chicken lo mein was full of them, the curry chicken was so rubbery we could not even bite into it. When we called to complain we were told by a manager that we would have to dig the food out of the trash and put it back in the bag so he could come pick it up before he would agree to a refund. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

Everything was delicious and with the kind and helpful employees, this is our new go to Chinese take out spot in town. The family all raved about the crab rangoons and their Meat with Broccoli dishes. My Singapore Mei Fun was the perfect amount of curry and spices. They even subbed veggies instead of meat for me. Generous portions of everything.

First time customers and were impressed! They are fast, friendly and the food is very good with generous portions. Our food order was packaged tightly and piping hot. To our surprise, they gave us the lunch special pricing even though we placed our order about fifteen minutes after lunch was over. We will definitely order from China Wok again!

I had the orange chicken and crab rangoon.... O my... The best Chinese food.... Its all made fresh... Good flavor & chicken was very tender... If youre close in the area and want chinese I wouldnt pass this place up.... Very cheap prices and a lot of food. ..

First and last time! Egg drop soup was orange and had absolutely no flavor. The crispies were bendable. The egg rolls were greasy and also not crispy. The sweet and sour chicken was the worst.. It was rubbery and flavorless. Never again!
