I am choosing to rate this location one star because I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I was with my family and I had a terrible experience with the host, our waiter and even the manager. When we got there, to begin, our host barely even said a word to us. My sister-in-law and I were carrying my niece and nephew and he started walking to our table without even waiting for us. Next, our waiter seemed "bothered" by our order. When she came out with the food we told her that we were still missing some sides and she came out with the wrong things. Not to mention it took over an hour to get our food which was also cold. She didnt bring out any napkins or straws. We waited for about 15-20 minutes to see if she would come back and she never did. I finally got up and went up to the host to tell him what had happened and he literally gave me a look as if I was stupid. He completely ignored what I had to say and didnt even bother to tell our waiter we were waiting for her. Our waiter came around to a table nearby but ignored us anytime we tried to get her attention. Finally, after maybe 40 minutes, we asked another waiter to bring out the manager for us. When the manager came out, we told her everything and she did not care one bit. She did NOTHING to make our experience better. We just got boxes to go and left. I dont think Id ever walk in there again. I felt so stupid and disrespected.

I have gone to BWW for years, the only reason I keep going is because we like the discounted wings on Tuesday and Thursday. The food is usually good, never phenomenal but good. However, the service is without a doubt every single time horrible! If you are in a big group the waiters never move around the table so if you are at the opposite end you have to yell your order across the table, drinks are never refilled (literally we tried flagging down our server for 30 minutes) and the waiters and waitresses are just slow about everything they do. Several times we have gone and not gotten all of the food on our order, upon bringing this to our servers attention their response was literally. "Oh........well, sorry. Sooooo are you like gonna pay now then? after protesting paying for unreceived food they said they would take $5 off the bill but that was all they could do. It would make since for us to just stop going because the service seriously is the most disappointing experience, but its one of the few places in Abilene where you can watch several of the games at the same time in a large group with good food.

When dining in the experience has been generally positive. Carry out is another story. The first time I did carry out here I got home and discovered a portion of my order was incorrect. Wasnt a huge deal, just a nuisance and shame on me for not checking before leaving. Today I showed up a few mins before my pickup time, got the check squared away, and was told mine was almost ready. Apparently it was ready just five mins later (actually right on time as I showed 5 mins early) but nobody told me or the people working for that matter. I think there was a shift change but nobody passed the word that there was one customer waiting literally right in front of the counter. When someone told me my order was ready 15 mins after it was first set out, I asked how the order for the one person waiting was so overlooked and the ownership for the mistake was completely deflected by both people I spoke with. It just seems like the communication and pride in work for the carry out section are lacking.

Came in at 10pm with my daughter to eat a late dinner as I had got back into town late. Hostess didnt ask wether I prefered a table or booth just tried to seat us wherever which wasnt cool. Didnt get a waiter to even take our drink order for over 10 mins. Food took a long time to come, it was extremely loud, the waiters and waitresses were always seeming to argue with each other about who was going to clean off what table. We didnt ever get the napkins I asked for. If you want mustard for your burger or wings, just know it apparently comes in packets that youll have to open yourself. Apparently im paying my hood hard earned money to eat like Im at McDonalds. My daughters food was good she got the kids naked chicken tenders. My burger was dry and overcooked. Would recommend to management to get your people on the same page and hire a damn bus boy to buss the tables.

Ive been frequenting this BWW for the past 5 years. If it wasnt for the good food, I would never go back. The service is horrible during the evening hours. Nearly everytime I go there my drink will be empty for literally 30 minutes before I get a refill. The staff is very friendly and nice, but management obviously does not schedule enough servers for their peak hours. Good thing the food is good or I would never return. This is not one isolated incident, the service is horrible every single time I go in there and I tip very well too. Tells me that there is a big problem with management not scheduling the help they need.

I have been coming here for years and it has really gone downhill this past year. Service is terrible, last time it took over 1.5 hours to get our food when it wasnt packed. Decided to give it one more try as they are one of the only places to watch all the nfl games on sunday. I get there and they arent showing a particular game on any of the channels and explain it must be blacked out. When I asked them to try the game it worked but then they immediately changed it back and said well its first come first serve. So now some games get multiple tvs while some dont get played. Im done with this place

Service while we were there in town a few years was hit or miss, mostly on the miss side. Sometimes theyre Johnny-on-the-spot, other times you wait and wait and have to leave hungry. Or get your order messed up. Again. The worst visit was when we were there 1.5 hrs and didnt get any food. Ordered two drinks and wings. Drinks came, food did not. We saw tables before and after us coming in get their food, their check, then leave. I put a few dollars on the table for our Sprites, then we just walked off. That was the last straw. I guess we werent important enough for food. Dont waste your time here.

Service is horrible. Servers act like s bunch of chickens with their head cut off which isnt entirely their fault the place is always so damn busy. Super loud so font expect to hear a thing the person next to you is saying. Super crowded matthew they should consider buying a bigger building? foods ok if you get it hot...or get it at all. Did I mention you can eat all u want then just walk out on check? Yeah, no one there pays attention so Im sure they loose a lot of money. They need bouncers or something
