I had lunch at BWW over lunch today, like I do many Fridays over lunch, but this experience may send my coworkers and me to another lunch destination from now on: "We sat for 10 minutes before getting acknowledged, then waited 10 minutes for drinks and 20 for food. Our waiter didnt stop by once during our meal at all. (Because who needs a refill when youre eating hot wings..) It took 20 minutes to get our tickets - we were told that everything but the drinks would be free. That was when the manager came over instead of the waiter (because he realized that he messed up and didnt want to sack up and explain) and she checked on him. When he brought the tickets, everything was messed up. And he couldnt remember who got what drinks at all. (No surprise because he pretty much never saw us.) No one apologized for anything."

Were from out of town and had dinner with my wife and some friends. The service we had was the worst weve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings! Our server never came by and checked on us after he brought our food. We had to kinda yell across the room to ask for extra napkins and something we could share our food with! We had to ask another waitress for refills because we didnt see our server around even though he passed by our table over a dozen times. The restaurant wasnt that busy and our servers didn’t seem to have alot if people in his section but his service was absolutely horrible! We asked to speak with a manager and she apologized and gave us discount cards but we travel Nationwide and always eat at Buffalo Wild Wings because of the great food and service but tonight was a big let down!

if I could give it a negative star I would it was horrible service had to wait to be seated when came in with empty seating because she couldnt figure it out got my food it was cold and didnt have any sauce on it I had to pay extra for sauce then I was sitting next to the restroom and the cleaning people who was cleaning it wouldnt let an elderly man go because they werent done rude go some where else like Applebees better service and food. rant over

Its called Buffalo Wild Wings for a reason wings are good servers were great. Would not recommend anything other than wings the meat on my chicken tacos was hard dried chunks of chicken and the steak wrap my husband had was stringy beef. Had appetizer platter once we received all of the sauces it was good- the wings on the platter were great. Again stick to the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings

We were very disappointed. Used our Christmas gift card & ordered for take out last night, 1, 29, 2017. Shareable sides were good but wings werent. Ordered large traditional & got home with boneless. Several didnt have sauce & 3 or 4 were very small (barely one bite). Didnt like paying $1.00 each for tiny chicken nuggets. Will not return or recommend to friends.

Been coming here weekly for a year. Generally friendly staff. Good atmosphere but a bit loud for some conversations. Mostly a wing place, but some other tasty items on the menu as well. Not a drinker so cant comment on the alcohol selection. Try the parmesan garlic or asian zing, or ask to sample some sauces to find your favorites.

What youve come to expect from BWW. Of you have kids or are a kid at heart, you can use their complementary tablets to play games while you wait for your meal. Plan in advance if you want to see a game here since it gets packed.

Stood waiting to be greeted for a few minutes and left. They didnt want my business and I wont bother them again. I have a family of 7 and I am confident that our other favorite restaurants would love to serve us more often.
