Was given very poor service today, the person who was taking my order was just rude & rushed me while deciding what I wanted, also seemed very annoyed because of the request I made to get all legs & substitute the coleslaw for extra mashed potatoes. Food was cold when I got it, but they werent even busy at that time. There was no one in the drive through & maybe 2 people in their lobby so why was I served cold food ? My drinks were flat & watered down, not even filled up all the way. I didnt get a receipt either & when I was leaving they didnt even acknowledge me or thank me, they just walked away from the window. WILL NOT BE RETURNING ! Wish I could give it 0 star rating BC of my experience.

My daughter went today and bought two twenty piece buckets of hot wings. She comes home and we start to eat them only to find out that they werent even fully cooked. There was blood all over the bone and even on the meat. My daughter took them back and the manager on duty (Dewit) didnt even ask if she wanted a refund. He said all he could do was make us more. He couldve at least given her a choice. While she was there, another lady walked up to the counter with the same problem. They need better employees that actually know how to cook and how to be better managers. We will definitely no longer be eating at KFC. Popeyes Chicken and Chicken Express it is.

They didnt have corn ready to put into their meal. When we were asked if it was ok to leave out they misunderstood us had us pull around the store and wait about 7 or 8 minutes for corn. They did however give us some free cookies for the wait, but not listening to us made for a bad experience

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Will never go back. No one came to the drive through because one employee was on her phone and the other was sitting in the parking lot with her friend. Pitiful food.
