I will never go back to this wing stop. I put my order in online at 11:43 am. I didnt get my food until 1:34 pm! The staff was ride and dismissive. When I asked what was going on w my order the shorter more stout lady in the back shrugged. And when they finally found my order it was the bag that had been sitting there for half an hour. Then I get my order home and it was wrong. At this point I was so irritated I did call the number to corporate office and made a complaint. Ive worked in the food service industry myself and as busy as I have been, never did I treat the customer in such a dismissive way.

This is the WORST location. Ive had awful experiences at this location only. Ive gotten chicken tenders that were still pink when I bit into them, the older lady at the front counter is the meanest wench Ive ever met, and the lobby is constantly dirty. Also, they do not call out your name or bring your food to you--they just set it on the counter, so if youre not watching them then your food will sit up there until you go to see whats taking so long. Assuming that someone doesnt walk off with your food--which, yes, has happened.

If you want Wingstop, make the drive across town to one of the other two locations, seriously. Have had them take 2 hours to make my order, have had orders messed up, have had orders forgotten about. Normally I am forgiving of slip-ups at restaurants; we all make mistakes. However I have had an awful experience each of the past 3 times I have been here. Easily some of the worst service you will ever have. The drive to another Wingstop might take you a little longer, but it will save you a solid 2+ hours of frustration.

Super Rude!!! And girls working were disrespectful and Ghetto!!!! I was hung up and called and put on hold. Came in and the girl talking my order kept being rude and completely unprofessional! So I walked out because I didnt appreciate how rude she was and she starts yelling and screaming how profanity. Will never go back and Ive been a customer for long!

By far the worst and most ghetto customer service! The girls who work here are super rude. My order wasnt ready until 30 mins past the pick up time that it said online. The order was wrong, and like last review said they changed then boneless wing chcicken and it is disgusting! Fries are still great, if you can stay away!

I was left on hold for 10 mins had to hang up and call back, I ordered boneless wings halfway through my meal I bit into one of my wings and it wasnt cooked all the way I was so disgusted I couldnt nor would I finish them what a waste of money and time very disappointed I hope I dont get sick

I went to order and was ignored completely employee looked right at me three times and just walked off to back as of I was bothering him by being there and hoped I would leave which I eventually did no one should ever go here rude and employees obviously do not want to serve customers

Never going back to this one waited 30mim and got nothing people that came in after got there food before me and I only ordered a 8 pice I told them 3 times were my order and they keeped saying they working on it or they havent made it yet I had enough and got my money back!

Workers are super unprofessional and repeatedly give out the wrong ready times. 4 times Ive been to pickup my order when they said it would be ready and had to wait at least 10 mins each time. The drive to the next wing stop will be worth it I promise you.

They changed their bonless chicken at this location its terrible. I will not eat it. The pieces are like big chicken fingers. If you want some gross boneless chicken that is filled with exlax this is the place.
