Sadly the WORST experience ever. We dine here as often as we can as we are from out of town and do not pass through often. Im not sure we will be back again to say the least... two wrong items and my girlfriend even had ice spilled on her from the server. Three strikes right off the bat not to mention the ticket was never change to reflect the incorrect order types in by the server... nothing was said, nor did we have a manager visit the table even after she has the ice spilled on her. Being in restaurant management for years, I know this is a HUGE mistake on the servers behalf for potentially damaging any return service not to mention people will tell more people about a bad experience over a good one any day, as I am doing now. I hope that nobody else has to experience so many wrong doings in one setting as we did on a planned family outting gone bad. Best of luck to the rest of you, but I assure you that this is one family that will NOT be returning to this particular establishment. Just as I post this a manager shows up, I am assuming the server notices me typing the review. Twenty dollars off my bill will still not get return service, but thank you for the kind thought.

Amazing place, friendly staff and the food is high quality. They have everything from Hot wings of about any caliber to mild and non-spicy wings. If you dont want wings they have pulled meats and other meats that you can buy in sandwich style or etc.. Their best wing sauce was their maple sauce, a smooth and flavorful sauce that was outright top-notch. Buffalo wild wings IS the place that has their "wild wings challenge" hotter than HELL, hot wings that definitely get up there well above Habeneros and nearly up there with the "ghost pepper" their challenge time is quite something as the wings are MASSIVE (all their wings are massive, even for the non-challengers). Price to value is there. I gave it a -1 because their music is usually TOO LOUD!

We were travelling from Denver back home to Chicago, and our car started leaking oil in Grand Island, Nebraska. While we were nervously awaiting what we hoped was a small bill, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. We mentioned our car trouble when we walked in, and after we had finished our delicious food, our server came over, and told us that the manager and servers had chipped in to buy lunch for my girls and I. I have never witnessed such generosity toward a complete stranger, and I will never forget the people at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Service was not good. 5 in our party. Brought my husband the wrong food. He didnt get the correct sandwich until everyone was almost done. My son ordered ranch and they brought him blue cheese. We let them know and so they brought him 2 large containers of blue cheese again. A different waitress finally brought him ranch - he only had a couple wings left by that time. Our waitress did not check on us again or refill any drinks.

their food is great I love the place however I would have to say the service truly sucks the last time I was in there they treated me and my wife extremely bad as if we were some sort of a nuisance I even confronted 1 of their management about it and it is that is if it went in 1 ear and out the other hopefully they can get some good stuff in the place so I can go back in and enjoy it otherwise its gonna have to be carryout from now lol

Wait was extremely long when it wasnt all that busy. They didnt have enough staff to clear tables when customers were done eating. Food was terrible, fries were cold and soggy. Waitress didnt check on us until she asked us if we were ready for our check. Drinks were almost empty before food came out and no one offered to get us refills. Also, there wasnt any silverware or napkins on the table.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We started off with our waitress being very friendly towards the end of the lunch rush when there was very few tables. We waited over 20 minutes for food as well as waited an additional 20 minutes for our waitress (Jody) to return to our table and give us our checks(which one was wrong.) we never got a refill on drinks. Incredibly disappointing dining experience.

The wings were alright for the price (65 cent wings on Thursdays!), but the atmosphere undoubtedly caters to the Nebraskan crowds. My roommates and I enjoyed our dinner and found the wings to be sauced well. Not too much, but not too little. The service was great and responsive, if not flustered, but that is understandable considering the rush of people coming in.

The food and atmosphere was great! Tonight was our first time in and Courtney did a fantastic job of going over the menu with us and helping answer the question we had. I was impressed at how well we were taken care of through out our meal because it was very busy Id highly recommended this place and Courtney as a server!

Need to pay attention to details. Paper towel holder in bathroom is not straight and too close to the sink and toilet loose. You get the feeling that overall the restaurant is not cared for... So management probably isnt the best. Feels and smells dirty... Food was not great. =( not the experience we wanted.

My wife and I were there at the busy lunch time. We had a short wait to be seated. The service and food was great. The manager made it a point to walk around and ask virtually all of us how our service was. The people that work there have a great teamwork atmosphere. We were pleased with our service.

Came in at 45 minutes prior to closing, but did not encounter any attitudes. We sat up at the bar and the bartender was attentive. Our food and beer were served in a timely manner and without mistakes. My only complaint is that the cook put way too much queso on the philly cheesesteak I had.

Service is horrible. Slow, inaccurate, and unfriendly. The prices are insanely inflated for what you get. The first time I went there the food was good...since then it has gone down hill. Skip this place and go to The Chicken Coop...better service, better atmosphere, better prices.

Quick service and tasty food. Our server made sure we got our moneys worth of extra cheese when we asked for it. She was a middle aged southern lady, very nice! She even knew to salt the drink napkins, a top notch server!

Great place to unwind after work. Good selection of beers, appetizers and obviously wings. My biggest problem is deciding how hot I want the sauce each time. Also a great place to catch a football game.

Went there tonight and they were almost out of everything! My kids had to change their order 3 times and by the time we left they only had burgers and wraps left. Who runs out of food? Get it together!

It is Half price wing night. Very busy yet we were greeted and cared for by a great server. The food came in good time. I have read poor reviews yet we have yet to experience what we read. Go BWW!
