We keep trying Buffalo Wings and Rings because we really do like the food (try the Swine (Pulled Pork) Nachos), the service is sketchy at best and last Saturday it was just horrible. The restaurant had booked an event for the Ohio State vs Wisconsin game, but couldnt handle it. Neither management nor the wait staff could keep up. The hostess seamed annoyed. Once seated, by the way they reserved a party for a teenage soccer team in the bar area, it took 20 minutes to get drinks. Initially, my husband was told no draft beer because the lines were frozen. Our waitress appeared to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off as she passed our table numerous times without checking on us or bringing our orders. After an hour and still no food, we just had it packed up to go (which is kind of crappy since French fries dont re-heat well). In addition, the manager was going to change the one tv with the game we were watching before we even left! Also, they were out of the t-shirts they were advertising for Breast Cancer Awareness (or the waitress simply didnt want to bother with it) and its only half way through the month. If you dont have the t-shirts, remove the ads from the table. Ended up leaving at our game half-time and eating our re-heated food at home.

. There was a roach under our table. When I asked our server about the roach she said shed get the manager when the manager came over he was very very rude and told us they came from outside and that it wasnt a big deal and walked away. When we walking out we seen another one dead on the seats in the front while the hostess was sitting on her phone. I asked her for a bag and she barley spoke any English. Also our cup for our water had food stuck to the side that wasnt ours when I asked our server for a new cup she said sorry and it took her 20 minutes to even bring us a new water. I wouldve understood if the resterraunt was actually busy but we were 1 of 4 tables in the whole place on a Friday night. If there roachs on the ground they are probably also in the kitchen. Also our servers long dark hair was down and all over our tray when she delivered our food overall this was an awful experience if I could give this place negative stars I would. No wonder we were 1 of 4 tables in that place on a Friday night. Failing business.

This falls at the feet of management! How disappointing to know such a wonderful establishment such as Buffalo Wings & Rings is in San Antonio and you dont have to drive to New Braunfels to have the wonderful, my favorite, peach habanero grilled wings and a cold beer. The waitress Ally was great by the way. Be careful stepping outside on the patio, how disgusting that is. Do yourself a favor when considering Buffalo Wings & Rings for your eats, take the little tiny drive to New Braunfels and go eat at that one. Its obvious the proprietor AND management care. If the wing sauce all comes from the same place and it isnt made from scratch, then my peach habanero must have been spoiled. Im saddened to know that a place like this is ran in a more affluent neighborhood, Stone Oak, and its ran disgustingly. Shame shame!! My money, time and gas will continue to go to the New Braunfels location. They are ON POINT there! Good luck yall! Today is Friday 4-15-2016

Came here with a group of friends for lunch and we wete immediately greeted and sat next to the only other table at the time. Took 10 minutes for our server to come to us and the first thing he says is Ill be right with you. Okay, maybe hes doing side work on this dead sunday afternoon. Comes back 8 minutes later and finally takes our orders. Drinks come out, food comes out all in a timely manner. I got 10 boneless wings (5 cajun and 5 garlic q) and the wings were dry and kind of just eh. My water was polished off quickly and never refilled. We didnt see our server at all except to watch him flirt with other employees 5 feet from our table. Service was one of the worst Ive ever had and the wings were pricey for being so dry and bland. Maybe i came on an off day but i wont be coming back.

Some people really complain too much and are always looking for reasons to whine. This place is awesome. The food is great and reasonably priced and the service is just fine. They do charge an 18% gratuity to your bill when they show the UFC fights but thats because they are fair to their employees. They know the customers are going to just camp out at the tables all night for the fight. Stop being cheap, Davie. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Oh, and try the eggrolls! :)

I kept confusing this place with Buffalo Wild Wings for obvious reasons, and youd be forgiven for confusing it for BWW while actually inside the restaurant. True to the name, they offer wings and assorted other fried and slathered in butter items. I think I actually prefer the buffalo sauce Wings and Rings uses to that of the competitor they rather shamelessly ape, but every other sauce on the menu is just a minor variation of the recipe.

To begin with the hostess was a very rude teen. I came with a group of friends for the GSP Diaz fight and she gave us nothing but attitude our server was incredible but the manager was rude. The food came two hours late and wrong, missing items, at that point i could care less i was hungry and the fight was almost over. I asked for the food to go. My girlfriend couldnt even stomach her burger.overall Im going somewhere else.

NO STARS!!!! NONE!! I will be surprised if this place stays open long. ATMOSPHERE: Is it a crappy sound system? All I know Spurs playing on TV and nobody in our table could not hear ANY of the broadcast. KTFM radio was in da house for Working Women Wednesday but NO MUSIC EITHER!! Sucked, big time. FOOD: Wings are better anywhere else. Hamburger served without lettuce, tomato, mayo or mustard. WTF!!

I have been here several times. Daisy always takes good care of us. We sit at the bar. The food is excellent. The blue cheese dip, yes dip, not dressing is amazing. I normally get the tenders, Wednesday they are on special. You can pick your sauce and the heat, which is a good thing. The beer selection could be better but I make do just because the food is so good and the service is excellent.

Stopped here with the intention of doing a trivia night but it actually started pretty late in the evening so we just stayed for dinner. The flavors offered for the chicken strips were awesome, the buffalo wasabi sauce was really neat. There was a special that night for the chicken strips, it rotates each night so be sure to ask your server what is going on at the moment.
