Worst place ever order wrong spilled food, soiled bag, rude managers, ifran the owner or boss. Never made it right. Called me dude. Missing food said id get refund and never did. Very disrepectful. Unprofessional conduct, i just want my money back in full or my order made right, at this point just money back i spend hundreds of dollars referred tons of people from college to family. Now i hope noone eats at this location ever. Look at reviews horrible rating ifran says he doesnt care . And unwilling to make it right never again. Dont make mistake i made. Hope thats worth your 5 dollar credit. Will be reporting to coporate or hire ups! Just wait.

Ive had numerous problems with this location...but Im never one to complain but theres been one too many. The food is good, therefore i do have it delivered from time to time. But this last delivery will be my last. I wish i could add the picture of my food here, but theres not an option for me. I ordered the Tame boneless wings & more than half are BLACK... extremely burnt & very ugly... its sad they would actually serve it. Called the store & whatever manager i talked to seemed to not care at all, no apologies just..."Ill have a new order delivered" & hung up the phone... looks like the management needs to change, such a shame.

Went for the first time because we had a coupon. Walked in...and no one was there but us. Ordered 16 wings and it took forever to "prepare". When I went to ask when our order would be ready… the employees were all standing around the register eating hot wings - but ours were no where to be seen. The cashier went to the back to see about our order and said it would be ready in a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes later, they brought our wings which were dry, smothered with sauce, and cold. We will never come here again. No beer here. No Coca Cola here. What a waste of 20 bucks.

Awful customer service, driver couldnt find my house and gave up. When called about the issue, the store refused to send out new food or offer a discount, they instead wanted to resend the hour old food and hung up on me, refusing to answer my phone call. I will be telling everyone who can hear not to frequent this establishment EVER. Anyone I see going into the restaurant will be told this story. You dont treat people this way.

Ordered delivery, the App was fairly helpful, but based on the tracker they use, it tool them 55 minutes to make 20 wings, and another 55 minutes to deliver. Got the food and unsurprisingly the wings were cold. They were also swimming deep in the sauce and at this point really soggy. Called the store to ask them if they were unusually busy but after about 5 minutes on hold i gave up. Wont order from here again.

Second time weve ordered and delivery is always a bit slow. Also the flavors just arent there. The best one was the voodoo rub but it just didnt have any kick to it. The other flavors were just kind of nasty, and their ranch is horrible. For what we paid, we shouldve enjoyed it. Alas, no. The only positive thing I can say is that the size of the boneless ones was decent. Ill be going back to Wing Stop.

Went to eat here for some wings . No one was there but us , when I walked in I got no greeting . One of the employees shirt was cut from the sleeves (showing armpits ) . As we waiting for your food it came out cold and not fully sauced . Also place was very dirty . I am a huge wing lover but was very unpleased with this location. I do not recommend.i will definitely return to the wingzone on marbach

Ordered over the phone for delivery, waited over an hour and a half and never arrived. Tried to call, no answer! Finally went to the restaurant, no one eating there but the employees. Rude cashier said they left over 30 mins ago, had 4 orders, very busy. Needless to say we canceled the order and got a refund. Will never try it again!

Ordered 20 wings with an estimate wait time of 30 mins. I waited patiently, after 45 min I called they said the driver was on their way and would arrive within 5 mins. After an hour and 45 mins of waiting I called to cancel the order and the cashier was rude and short with me. Lesson learned, wont order from there again.

Ordered online. First time eating here. Wing flavors came incorrectly. The chicken strips were overcooked. The wings were burnt on outside but close to raw on inside. The shrimp has sitting in a bath of sauce and were very soggy. All very gross. Will not eat here again . This place needs new management for sure.

Food was okay until I order a salad and wings. Salad came brown as if it had been sitting out all day and wings half done. I give them a call and asked to speak with management. Poor customer service, whoever I spoke with hung up on me and refused to replace my order . NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FOR YOU !

Terrible service and very poor quality food. It took about an hour and 45 minutes from order to delivery, with the delivery aspect taking well over 45 minutes thereby rendering the wings cold and the fries cold as well as soggy. Ill never eat there again and would urge you to avoid it at all costs.

Love the fried pickles and the chicken sandwich are good to for sandwich that actually feels you up not going to lie I could not finish it I have not tried to Wing yet though but they smell really good and the staff and management are really nice and friendly

Went there with my gf I paid $30 for 2 orders of wings and fries. Thats not even the bad part, there were only 3 ppl eating there and it took them 45 minutes to bring out our food and it was cold. how? Idk but what I do know is Ill never go there again

Delivery guy was nice and polite, online ordering experience was pretty standard.....food was horrible quality. The cheese fries had an inch of store bought shredded cheese melted on top and ended up throwing away half the shrimp.

The nuclear hobinaro wings were hot only if they add extra sauce to the wings. Otherwise theyre just mildly hot. Also the store was gross, so Id highly consider delivery or take out.

The staff helped our large group get our order worked out with ease. We definitely enjoyed them over the other wing locations as they did not skip on the sauce.

I am glad that I see more and more of these wingzone popping up since the Thai Chili is my favorite wing flavor and the wings are great size to fill me up.
