Horrible service. We went through the drive through and when we were be handed the food I looked in one of the bags and the macaroni was spilled into the bag. This was cause by the poorly placed lid that was broken beyond function. Then we had to remind them to give us our drink, as she had already said "have a nice day" and closed the window? We just let the macaroni pass but the. when we get down the street we notice our order is all messed up. Our fries were missing as well and in its place was some sort of rice. We went to change and and get a new macaroni as well. The employees were all quite but were all tense (obviously ready to let the mouthing go when we left). The manager or who ever was nice though. Just when our order was fixed the girl was being rude. Flew right over my head though because excellent service is supposed to be shown in THEIR actions. Every time we go here they mess something up. Its unacceptable for a business to constantly show such horrible service.

I would give yhem a half star if it was available. The worst dining experience my wife and I have ever had. Went out of our way to eat at this location, as we were traveling, and passed several other chicken restaurants on the way to this one and the wait for our food was over 26 minutes while everyone else was served within 4-5 minutes. We ordered the exact same thing as other customers but were told they were cooking ours. I hope it was not, but I suspect it was due to all the help and other customers being of a different ethnic group. We were the only peoples of European descent in the place. One of the reasons that leads me to think this is that everyone else was told "Thank You. Come back and see us" or "Have a nice day" when they were leaving. Not a word to us as we emptied our tray and headed toward the door. May never set foot in another Popeyes anywhere.

Im not going to complain to heavily about the food because it is drive through chicken although Ive had way better food from Popeyes before. The service is what appalled me about this particular Popeyes. The woman taking our order was not personable or helpful one bit. With no one behind us we took a second to look at the menu with which we werent very familiar with. We said "we just need a second to look everything over." About every 10 seconds shed chime in with "can I take your order" with attitude. She got frustrated if we noticed she didnt understand our order and we told her we only needed one number one combo. She huffed and puffer and sighed the whole order. So completely rude and uncalled for. Maybe she was just having a bad day? At any rate, Ill never return. Id hate to see how she deals with a customer who actually had a problem with their order.

The service was absolutely horrible. I went to pick up dinner for my family at 6:30pm (a prime hour for dinner) and they didnt have any chicken ready. Not only did I have to wait for 15mins. for them to prepare some chicken, the drive through lady was rude and inconsiderate. I value great customer service especially after serving in Management for 9+ years in food service. This was by far the worse experience I have ever received. Even after having to wait for a considerable amount of time with four cars behind me in line also waiting, no one ever apologized for the wait or offered a free drink! They need a complete new staff with better customer service. In fact, the manager was the only one who seemed to be preparing the orders and actually working. Please think twice before visiting this Popeyes location.

They blame you for your order being wrong. Had one girl bring out my food one night because they haf to cook it fresh so I had to wait on it. She brought it out, I said thank you, she said nothing. I realized they hadnt put honey mustard in the bag although I told them twice I wanted it. I signaled the girl after she went inside the door and told her and she rolled her eyes at me and went and got some. She rolled her eyes at me and when I confronted her about it, she told me she wasnt supposed to unlock the door, as if that was my fault. Wont be coming back here

OMG where do I begin??? Yesterday I entered this location and there was a family of 5 visiting Nashville from Georgia for a family reunion. Im sure after they left... this experience left them with a bad taste of how Nashvilleans represent. Two employees were arguing over frying more spicy chicken using profanity while other guest were in line waiting. I literally stood an hr in line for chicken. I saw 5 water bugs crawling in every direction. This store is pathetic. I am calling corporate office today!!!!!

This location is hit or miss. If theres more than 2 cars in the line, you could be sitting for 5 minutes or 20 minutes. Ive been here many, many times, and more than half the time theres something missing from my order. I keep coming back because my kids love this place. Going inside and sitting down to eat, Ive not had any problems. We dont always have the time to go inside, so if Popeyes would just work out the drive-thru issues then the star level goes up.

Today Im rating it with 3 stars because when I visited the Madison, Tn location had to wait in a long drive thru line because they had closed the dining room early. After getting home (I live in Springfield, Tn) they had forgotten part of my order!!! Seeing that I live 30 minutes away there was no way I was going back to get the rest of my order!!! But on a good trip I usually like my order. The biscuits are the best! !!

If ur white u have to wait days to get waited on or for ur food to come. If ur black or Mexican u get waited on instantly ahead of white people and ur food instantly. If ur white ur talked down too. I will not recommended this place to anyone and will tell everyone I know about my 8 visits to this place. I thought the first few times it was me but after the 5th time I knew it wasnt

Bunch of Ghettos!!! Had people waiting in the drive- thru for 15 mins to wait on chicken. Jada the so called manager was rude about the survey receipt. Saying you can only present a survey receipt with their store number. Thats some monkey BS!!! ALL the other locations honor the receipt..regardless of the location... They need to fire every person at this location.

The do not put your oder in the order you come inside. They just put the ticket up and others that come in behind you will have their ticket put up next to yours and the persons filling the order randomly pulls a ticket to fill. I whated 20 minutes and 8- 10 people after me got their ordered before I did. They always mess an order up. But the food was great .

Food is good but if you NEED to check your bag before leaving the restaurant/ drive thru. 4 times in a row they messed up my order (something missing) I normally check but tonight I figured they got it together but no missing my slides. If I am spending $45 for dinner please make sure you got everything in my bags.
