I hadnt eaten KFC in forever, and the BFF thought A&W sounded yummy, so we stopped here for some dinner. Ive always thought KFC was a bit on the expensive side, but their prices now seem much more in line with the competition. Unfortunately, the root beer fountain was out of order so they were pouring two-liters into a large urn and serving from there. That just resulted in some slightly flat root beer. They were a little busy, short-handed, and out of a couple of things, so the result was slow service. Once we got our order, however, it was hot, everything was correct, the chicken pieces were huge, and it all tasted great, except for the mac & cheese. BFF said it was flavorless, but I thought it tasted a bit like raw flour. Overall, it was good food, good value, just need to work on the service. Well stop again if were in the area and give them another try.

Had to wait in drive thru for ten minutes for someone to take our order due to technical difficulties??? Ordered chicken tenders and they were plain awful! Hard as a rock!!! You could hammer a nail into wood with how hard it was. Ended up giving it to my dog, which I watched him bury in the yard! Pretty sure it was left over chicken from when they first opened up. Should have went and asked for fresh pieces but wasnt wasting my time for another fresh batch to cook when they should be fresh to begin with. Hence, since they are a chicken venue always have fresh chicken people!!!

Chicken should be named 14karat gold $$$$. The floors are still dirty.Moral was down. I used to tell my employees"IF YOUVE GOT TIME TO LEAN,YOUVE GOT TIME TO CLEAN!!" I think the employees NEED that message in the hand book... Tables dirty and sticky, bathroom I would NOT use.. They NEED a manager who will make them do their job and not just move about doing nothing to look busy,actually CLEAN IT UP!!!

I placed my order through the drive through and was told by a manager that there would be a 6 minute delay to prepare - I said sure no problem. 25 minutes later the teenager brought my order... he looked scared to death...I bit my tongue and just thanked him...knowing it wasnt him. Management should should support their staff with realistic information to customers!

Promp service! Well mannered young man working the window! Chicken was perfect, slaw was perfect, everything was great! We have eaten at this KFC for 6yrs and never recieved the awesome service and food as we did tonight! Thumbs up to the team working this evening ;)

I felt like my business wasnt appreciated. The boy at the window snatched my card and shoved it back in my hand. He also just opened the door and gave my food. I said thank you he said nothing but closed the door. Its just him everyone else is nice!

Although the food was good. Restaurant was filthy, clearly not busy. I had to clean our own table. All tables looked like they were never wiped. Floors were wet from a spilled drink that wasnt moped. Thankfully a cautionary sign was placed .
