I purchased a 12 piece chicken tender dinner for my family around 8:05pm. The tenders were like jerky, my wedges were soggy and they were out of honey mustard. I had to stop at burger king and literally buy honey mustard from them. Still waiting to see if any of us get sick from the old chicken. if I go back, its only to talk to a manager and get fresh food, I will wait for them to make me fresh, free food, cuz Im not paying for their garbage anymore

I have come to this kfc alot and i swear everytime they are out of chicken... today just ordered 12 count tenders....only had 6. Last week we went and they were out of crispy chicken... we went a couple weeks ago and they were out of biscuts(replaced with cookies) but come on how do you run out of your main stuff at dinner time and not have more coming... i have waited before also.... im done with this kfc ill go to the east side store..

Although the staff was friendly, the service is absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 15 minutes before they helped one person in line. Workers appear to have no sense of urgency at all. Customers were walking out, and others being turned away by the staff. This is the last time I will come to the KFC on W 3rd.

After waiting 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 6 minutes I waited another 5 minutes for a refund. The shift manager didnt even know who the franchisee is, and also claimed that he couldnt give out his general manages contact information. KFC, youve lost my business.

The food is consistently good here, and the employees are always very friendly. The problems I have are that 1. the place isnt very clean. and 2. Every time I order my food without a drink, they still try to charge me for one, and I have t tell them that I didnt order a drink.

There is only one way into the parking lot and if you mistakenly use the drive thru you have to go dang near around the block to get back to it. Parking lot is extremely small. Other than that the place was clean and the food mostly hot.

Its fast food, for one thing. But knowing that, the sides are pre prepped and sit in a hot box all day, which makes the macaroni and cheese a little crusty and gives the gravy a skin. Otherwise, not bad. Ill still eat there for now.
