Very disappointed in our visit this Longhorn. Visited here Sat, Aug. 12th as a celebration to our daughter and son-n-law on the purchase of their new home. The place was overly crowded but the kitchen couldnt keep up. My son-n-law ordered a steak medium, it came out VERY rare!!!! I ordered a bowl of loaded bake potato soup. Everyone received their order but me. I waited while my son-n-law sent his steak back and had a new one brought out. Still no soup for me. Finally our waiter came over to check and I asked about the soup. Now this has been a good 20 min. She finally comes back to say that they had to make new batch and it will be out soon. About 5 min later a server comes out with a loaded baked potato and puts it in front of me. I say this is not what I ordered. His response was the soup wasnt ready yet and they thought I would want something to eat. Finally when everyone was done eating guess what they bring out. The soup. It was luke warm and the potatoes were hard. When we got the check not only had they charged me for the luke warm soup but had also charged me for the baked potato that I didnt order. My husband didnt want to cause a scene so he didnt complain. was very upset with the whole experience and will not be back.

I love Longhorn, but this one seemed very Sub-par from the other two I have been to, (Florence, Alabama and Aiken, South Carolina). The steak reminded me of one like youd get at a buffet style establishment such as golden corral or Ryans..not saying their steaks are bad, but if I wouldve wanted a mediocre steak I wouldve went to one of these other places and paid accordingly, not 25$ for a tough steak, full of gristle and seemed to have a frozen taste/feel. The manager was very nice and gave us a free dessert, which I am thankful for, but I didnt go to longhorn pay 50$+ for mine and my wifes lunch just to eat a good piece of chocolate cake. My suggestion would be to stop at the Red Robin next door!

My visit was a terrible experience and the first time Ive ever walked out on a restaurant. We waited an hour for a table because the restaurant only has one table to accomadate any parties with 8 or more guests. The layout of the place is laughable. Small booths litter the interior. No tables in sight apart from the one large table. The appetizers were good and the waitress we had was awesome. The owner, however, was an overly talkative, unwelcome nuisance. He even confronted us as we left with animosity. He was angered by our departure and was outwardly offended. Incredibly childish and unprofessional. This place offeres only a terrible experience to any parties including 8 or more participants.

If I could give a "zero" star review I would because we didnt get to experience any of the food here. Went in at 5:00 on a Sunday evening and the host sat us in the bar area. The bartender was "too busy" with his one other bar patron and his 1 to-go order and the host had to come back by and get our drink order. After he brought us our drinks, no one else came by to take our food order. After waiting for 17 minutes, we left! Went next door to Jonathans Grille and had immediate seating and food within 20 minutes. There are better standards of service in Spring Hill. I encourage you to visit those restaurants instead.

Unfortunately, our steaks were overcooked; however Miguel, our waiter, and the manager, Andrew immediately took care of it for us. They were very eager to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Between the two of them, Longhorns has earned a loyal customer. Restaurants will occasionaly have issues in the kitchen based on the volume they do. However, the deciding or important factor is how you handle it. The two of them should certainly be the standard by which all others are judged. I appreciate their professionalism in both owning the mistake and working so quickly to make it right!

What a freaking joke this place is. We arrived at approx 5:30 pm on 2/23/17 with a party of 10. They said they could not accommodate us due to the size of the party. They said the biggest table they had would sit 7 or 8 people comfortably. I then proceeded to ask if they could split us up in two groups and they still would not do that. So we left and went to Logans were seated comfortably without any issues within 10 minutes. Longhorns food may be good but their customer service is terrible.. I will never step foot in their Spring Hill restaurant again

I want to thank , the management and server. For making our experience a pleasurable one. We had to say see you later to our Marine son. I have a lot of medical issues. I cant make a big dinner for my family anymore. I like to have us all sit at the same table. You only have two tables that are big enough for our family. With my health issues an the three little ones. Its too hard to wait for a table. The Service and food was amazing. Thank you again for making it possible for our family to have a nice sitdown dinner together

New restaurant.. crazy busy to get in to. We have a Longhorns at home. It is fantastic. This one is lacking. Food tastes good. Not sure if they were understaffed or just poorly managed. Once we finally got seated it took 20 minutes to even be waited on after we asked about who our server was. When our waiter came he apologized for lack of service but he never seemed to get back to our table again. My steak was good but not tender. Flavor was great on everything. Hope they get it together.

Excellent cuts of steak however poorly seasoned and rarely cooked at the correct temperature (however not at poorly as Logans Steakhouse). The redemption of Longhorns is that they do just about everything else on their menu to perfection. Strange but accurate. Service has never been bad but their are a couple servers I avoid like the plague. Atmosphere of the restaurant is great though, its cozy yet has a sports bar feel.

The food was good , average price for a chain restaurant. Very clean .Service was decent , albeit a bit slow. That could , however , have been attributed to an oversight by the host staff . It seemed that my server had a couple of larger parties that came in just before me , and as i was just one person , they required more of his attention . Which is somewhat understandable.

My friend and I couldnt wait to try our very own Longhorns in Spring Hill. The service was great and the lunch special was horrible. The bread was so hard we could not bite it. The waitress brought us some mayo and a few tomato slices. The meat was dry and overcooked. So sad. We wanted this to be our new favorite lunch spot.
