I really want to like this place, but it doesnt seem to be managed at all. Portions are wildly inconsistent and you never know how much food you will get. Sometimes I get enough rice to feed 3 people, and sometimes I barely get enough to go with my one serving of chicken. Sometimes the orange chicken is good, and sometimes its all breading with little to no chicken. Service is usually poor to mediocre. About a month ago, I visited during normal dinner time and was the third car in the drive thru. I sat in line for literally 30 minutes. It would take them ten minutes to serve one car. I would have left, but theres no way to get out of line...youre blocked in by a concrete curb. When I finally got to the window I asked why the line was so slow, the manager said some of their equipment was broken. When I told her how long I had been waiting, she offered me a discount. I didnt look at my receipt until I got home, but it turns out she gave me $1 off for my 30 minute wait. Why even offer a discount if you cant give one thats meaningful? I guess my time is worth $2 per hour. I have been back a time or two and the wait is somewhat better, but still not fast. Service continues to be poor. They have a couple very young girls who work the window, and they are not friendly at all. Last time I was there, I was at the window when an employee brought up an order to the girl running the drive thru. I heard her say "Oh no, that car that goes to already left". They had screwed up the order for the car in front of me. Overall, this could be a decent place, but it is crying out for management, and clearly management has not been found.

Went to P.E. for an early lunch shortly after 11a.m.. I ordered chow mein noodles as a side, along with the rest of my food. I also ordered a drink, as I am a fan of the "passion tea." After ordering, I found that there was no passion tea available, as it had not yet been brewed. I informed an employee (Jan) that I would like some tea and she began getting it. At this time, she stated to who I assume was a manager (Asian male with blue shirt) that he did not brew any passion tea near the drink station. He immediately replied back rudely, "There is sweet tea, I dont have any time for that!" I felt like I was inconveniencing the so-called manager from doing the job that he was already supposed to have done. I waited for the passion tea to brew while I ate my meal. I found that the chow mein noodles were cold to slightly warm and rubbery. This would suggest that they were probably refrigerated from the previous days business. I --USED-- to be a fan of Panda Express, as I always ate there when I lived in CA and AZ. I even promoted you guys when you first arrived to TN... now I regret telling friends how great their food is.

I see a lot of people down this location. They say the food is overpriced, yet the portions are very generous. They say the kitchen is closed 45 minutes before store closes, but yet you go anywhere and the same thing happens BC they have to sell the food thats left as to not have a ton of waste. They say that people closing are stoned out of their minds, yet Ive never seen anyone stoned or under influence of anything. I have had bad experiences at places and everyone has a right to their opinion, but everyones experiences are different. I recommend that if you have had a bad experience, call the manager and tell em. If you dont say something, nothing can be done to fix it.

Every time I go, it either takes forever or the food is messed up. It never fails. And the one time I went in to get a refund the manager was rude, and only gave me a refund for the part that was messed up, not my whole meal. The chow mein is never noodles its always vegetables and hardly any noodles, and it takes 45 minutes! Its ridiculous. If their manager was more customer service oriented it would have made my experience a lot better. I walked into the store telling him every time I come through they always mess up and he said "okay, so what do you want?" Go to china one, they always have what you want and are quick and polite, food is fresh.

The food is decent most of the time, but there have been more than a few occasions when the orange chicken had no sauce on it. I love Panda Express and their food, but this location is so poorly run. The employees act and look like they hate their lives and are extremely rude. Today, they didnt have any change in the register, so people couldnt get back their change. It took over twenty minutes to get orange chicken. Instead of waiting for a new batch of chow mein, they scraped the bottom of the bowl and gave me a ton of onions and a few noodles. The Franklin location is MUCH better.

I knew it was busy over there so I gave them a call to make my order easier then I headed over. Once I got back to work I was so ready to eat my broccoli beef dish and then I opened my container and broccoli beef was not in my bowl. I was like "okay, Ill take it back" It took 30 minutes for me to even talk to someone about my order. Dont go there if you expect the correct order the 1st time and if youre in a hurry. This wasnt the first time they messed my order up.

Panda Express has some good-quality food, especially for fast, take-out Asian-themed restaurants, and I think the prices are very fair. Problem is, this Spring Hill location gets my order wrong over and over again! Im amazed that their drive-thru service is so poor. It doesnt matter how slowly and clearly I speak, something is incorrect or missing every time. I will probably not be back anytime soon...

They never have any brown rice. They also apparently close the kitchen 45 minutes before the store closes according to what the manager just told me. Not a great way to run a business. We will never, ever come here again. Called Sunny China up the street, they have exactly what you want and the food is way better, I would go there if I were you.

Ate here for the first time tonight. terrible experience. they forgot half of our order and when my husband went back into town to get it, they were rude and the gave us a smaller portion than what they typically give. the rice was tasteless and undercooked. wont be going back to this location.

Cheap Chinese buffet food. Think Chinese fast food style. Its a little overpriced for what you get but they have decent orange chicken and my teenaged son loves their teriyaki chicken. Its great for a quick bite but I still prefer having things made to order when I have more time.
