I am not usually one to leave a negative review, but my experience at this Pizza Hut location was Terrible! We ordered 2 large pizzas online 6/4. It said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. As soon as the order was placed I got an email for free cheese sticks and called to add that to the existing order I had just placed less than 5 minutes prior. The girl on the phone assured me it would not be a problem. She would add them and I could show the email when I arrived. When I arrived to pick up my order, she just showed me the 2 pizzas. I asked if the cheese sticks were still cooking. She said that she did not see cheese sticks on my order. I explained that I had called them in right after. (It was the same girl, I recognized her voice). She said oh and asked me to wait. I assumed this meant wait while she cooked them. Okay, no big deal, things happen. 20 minutes later, I see her look at me and tell the other lady that she didnt see an order for cheese sticks. She came back to me and once again told me she didnt see an order.I AGAIN told her that I understood that and asked if she could just cook them now, that I would wait. She said she could, but that it would be 2 hours before they were ready. I told her to forget the cheese sticks and I would just get my pizza. So she tells me that my total is $30. I tell her that is incorrect that my total is $20 and change. She argues with me for a minute and then I show her my email confirmation. She starts calling off my items and how much each costs. It was all accurate UNTIL she says and $X for the cheese sticks. I told her that we had decided I was not getting cheese sticks because I was not waiting 2 hours for them. After we get all of that straightened out, I leave. I get home and notice that they did not put the garlic butter on either of my pizzas and they did not taste good. I believe the onions on my chicken and onion pizza were old because they had no flavor at all. And my marinara cups were barely half full. Next time we will go to Jets.

If I could give a -5 stars for is, I would! My family ate here last night, and it was horrid! We got there at 6:45 and it took 10 minutes to be seated. Then the waiter wouldnt stop running around long enough to bring our drinks or get our order. Once we ordered our food, it took 15 minutes before our breadsticks came, and another 10 for our wings. We had been there for 45 minutes already and they hadnt even started our pizza yet! The silverware was dirty, the cups were broken in many places to where I was scared I would cut my lip, and they placed a family of 5 right behind us. I usually wouldnt mind, but there were a ton of other places to seat them and they had 3 kids that wouldnt stop staring at me, and the adults did nothing except yell or stare. Horrid experience. The only good side was that after a 45 minute wait, we got up, and left. With no pizza. They hadnt even cooked it yet. We didnt have to pay for the breadsticks or anything because it took so long. Needless to say, I will never be coming here again.

Ordered a toasted Hershey cookie, brought regular cookie even though paid extra for the toasted one with marshmallows on top. Called store Said delivery guy was supposed to call and inform us, but he forgot. Said for inconvenience they would credit us a free toasted Hershey cookie for free for when they have it available. OK COOL. Called couple weeks later to order it along with a couple pizzas but they claimed to have no record of the credit. Fought with them for 15 mins about it. Still hungry, so gave up and ordered the pizza anyway. Estimated delivery an hour and 20 mins. Im in no hurry, confident ill survive that wait. Ends up being 20 mins late with cold pizza. Called store for 15 mins to complain, cant get through and they are about to close.( just for fun, try calling this place. I PROMISE YOU they will not pick up the phone) Reheated pizza. Ate anyway.

If there was a way I could give NO star I would! After over two hours waiting on our delivery...I called for over 30 minutes and finally someone answered. Laid down the phone and I listened to every conversation for 18 minutes as I drove there and walked in while I was still on the phone! They found my order in the bottom of the warmer and the boxes looked like they had been stepped on and not even my complete order! So I just told them to cancel my credit card transaction which of course will take 5 days! Tried to call the Pizza Hut across town and was going to drive to get my order and got someone in Memphis! Just told them to cancel my order! Then 15 minutes later someone from Memphis called me to verify I wanted to cancel my order! REALLY??? NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN! Sad thing is...the service is always awful!!

Pizza Hut in Columbia is a disgrace! Service was terrible! The place looked like a zoo and was ran like a zoo, terrible service! When I called and ordered my food I was told a 20 min wait, which turned into an hour wait, in which they didnt even make what I ordered. The shift manager was arguing loudly with another employee then fired that employee while costumers were in the store! My order was not the only one messed up three other orders were also messed up. They will no longer be getting my business! My best advice would be to fire everyone in that building starting with management, and re hire a whole new staff before your company looses a lot of business! Sincerely a pissed off woman!

I ordered a Pizza Hut Dinner Box over the phone for carry out, went to get it after the 20 minute wait period, and it wasnt even prepared yet! Then I waited at least 30 minutes to get it, and it was COLD and definitely not fit to eat! Another person was waiting on their pizza too because of a similar problem and received credit for their next visit due to a mistake with their order! I DESERVE a REFUND, and I will DEFINITELY NEVER EAT at this location again! Im VERY DISAPPOINTED, and this location should be SHUT DOWN for POOR SERVICE and UNFAIRNESS until a drastic change is made!

If i could give this store 0 stars I would. The General manager there is rude and refused to help after my pizza came with no sauce. I was told I would get a refund and after weeks of calling back and being told it would be in my account soon she got extremely rude and unprofessional hanging up on me and refusing to help in any way. Dont waste your money at this location, if you really want pizza hut go to the Nashville hwy one. This place is a joke and the gm should be fired.

Today I put in an order to be ready at 11.15 as much lunch is at 11.30 , on the door and online it says they open at 11am. I clock out for lunch and head my way there to find theyre not even open!! I come back from lunch at around 12pm and theres a few employees just standing at there cars but the place still isnt open. I dont know who the manager is but if your business says you open at 11, you open at 11 not whenever you feel like it .
