We have tried this location 4x now. It is consistently terrible. The service is terrible every time. The waitperson walks by us multiple times without checking on us. We got our food last night. We never even got napkins. Our order was wrong. My husband ordered fajitas and the meat was bland as though it wasnt seasoned with anything. We ordered a drink, which was good and ordered a second one. I had to go to the bar and request a second drink because the waitress wouldnt stop by our table. The drinks (long island iced tea) was yellow from all the sour mix. After choking from the sour mix, we finally flagged our waitress down and had our drinks changed. We asked for water and never got any. My daughter asked for 1 tamale and they brought 3. Our chips were crumbs. Sam Ridley is so close to us and was convenient to the movie theater we were going to after dinner. I think we are going to find another mexican restaurant.

My wife and I went here to eat last night. Our server was courteous at first, and the atmosphere was ok. To preface this, we really enjoy all of the Caminos in Murfreesboro. This one however... not so much. Id ordered the beef taco salad and, when they brought it out, it had little pieces of plastic shredded up throughout the meat. You know those tubes of beef that are wrapped in plastic? It was like theyd just tossed the whole thing, wrapper and all, into a blender. Then, the server wanted to remake it. I didnt. We couldnt wait, but didnt really have an appetite either. So, after literally having an argument about it, he begrudgingly said that he would take it off. No apology, or even surprise that it happened. Just agitation. It was unreal. Safe to say we will never be back. If you decide to go, I would recommend inspecting your food very carefully.

The service was HORRIBLE!! We waited 5 minutes for the server to come take our drinks. When he arrived at the table I informed him I was ready to order and he said "wait til I bring your drinks then Ill take your order." After bringing our drinks and taking my order we never saw him again. We ran out of drinks and chips. Someone else brought my food and I had to seek my own silver wear and stop another server for refills and chips. When we got to the register we were asked how everything went and I explained what happened she said "OK your total is ..." And that was it. Didnt tell us another word after taking payment. The food was good and warm but not good enough for me to return. Plus I paid $1 for water... So if you want good fast service I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

The staff at this location are extremely rude! I hate this Camino due to the fact. I hate not tipping but I will not fund a sour attitude, sorry. Ordering my food shouldnt be an irritable experience considering this is a restaurant and the sole purpose is to serve people food. If you dont care what I would like to eat then why even ask? Also while taking my order, let me order without interruption! You dont have to say "Is that all?" after every item I request! Ill let you know when Ive completed my order! Dont rush a paying customer and if you are working for tips to pay your bills have some respect for those providing it!!

My girlfriend and I ordeded food to go via phone. She repeated the order several times with Santos. We picked up the order expecting a good meal. Much to our chagrin the order was wrong. I phoned the restaraunt and spoke to Santos again his customer service was horrible until our disappointment was explained to him in spanish. I would like to clarify he spoke very good english. I also explained I have been a customer at the older Camino Real locations and the service was excellent. I will not patronizing Camino Real Smyrna location.

The food is decent, service has not been very good every time I have been there, I have had to seat myself in the bar the last 3 times I have been there due to no hostess and the most recent visit I had to wait for 10 mins for someone to come up to the register to pay my bill. Im not sure why I keep coming back. Location I guess?? :-/ my experiences have not been good. I have been over there a total of 5. Today was a little better as far as the service but I still had to seat myself in thr bar...yet again.

We waited 15 for someone to acknowledge that we were sitting down at the table. Very slow on bringing out food and drinks and we waited forever for someone to take the check. Well I got tired of waiting and went up to the front and complained. She gave me 10 percent off and honestly for the service I got it was not enough. No to mention they were not even that busy and waiters were just standing there laughing and telling jokes. I will never return to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The food was not that great very blank it was missing something I ended up putting my hot salsa on my food on lime with salt to eat, I had a hair in my sources cream so I didnt touch that plate, and I guess that since we spoke Spanish the waitress never asked if we needed anything or if we wanted anything else would not recommend this place for tradicional Mexican food!

We ate here today for the first time. Weve enjoyed other Camino locations in Middle Tennessee, but we were disappointed today. The location is good, and the restaurant looks nice. The food, however, was bland, and if I was rating on food alone, I would rate it as 2 stars. Our waiter was pleasant and provided good service.

Not impressed. We came for my daughters birthday. I had to search for a high chair myself. Not all guests in my party were served even after several attempts and requests. I dont think we will be back. It was a few dollars higher than our usual place and left us with a bad taste in our mouths literally and figuratively.

Great new, clean, delicious resteraunt. We tried all of the staples for mexican resteraunt. The chorizo queso, Margaritas, and molcajete were great. I like spicy food and the molcajete was able to make me sweat a bit. Our server was very friendly. The interior is new and well done. It is modern and festive.
