Worst sonic Ive ever been to! Ive had a few bad experiences here so dont visit often but decided to give it another chance last week, big mistake!! I ordered a hot dog kids meal and corn dog and waited an hour to get my food! I visited during happy hour, which is generally the busiest time of the day and there were only 2 carhops leisurly strolling in and out.. I called back in after 20 min to ask about the wait and was told they were backed up and would have it out as soon as possible. Placed another order for just a drink waited ten min for it and it came out before my initial order, asked about my first order again and the carhop blamed the kitchen cooks for the delay.. finally after an hour of waiting I got my food order. The carhop was friendly but not apologetic about my hour wait. She did say she had my food remade because it had been sitting so long it was cold, I guess I at least appreciate that... this sonic needs a new manager and a complete over haul on staffing, in my opinion!

This sonic doesnt even deserve a star. Been to this location several times an they never deliver good customer service. Takes extremely long to place an get order. Last visit it took several minutes to get an associate to take order. After order was taken we sat outside an watched two toddler playing inside and sweep the floor as the employees hosed down the floor. Didnt know that sonic was a daycare service as well as food. Several of the employees were running in an out of restaurant most not dressed in uniforms. They were not retrieving orders or food but talking with their friends outside the restaurant who were trying to get free food. One young man went in restaurant with no shirt on. This sonic always delivers horrible customer service but this was the worst yet. If the owner of this franchise wants to stay in business I suggest he hire a whole new staff including management because looks as though Im not the only one who has had horrible service here.

This place used to be really good but it has been going down hill within the past year. Late night is a total let down and after my last two experiences Ive decided not to go to this location anymore. A couple of weeks ago I complained about some letter hotdogs that I got through the drive-thru that were obviously left in the warmer all day long. The manager offered to replace them but not before I asked why they would ever serve such crap - he never answered. Well, thinking theyd get their act together I went by this week on their dollar hot dog day - unfortunately the dollar hot dogs werent even worth a quarter. Dried up, left on the rollers all day, leathery, brown, and dry. Yuk. I used to go to sonic several times a week but these guys need a serious wake up call - hopefully they dont get anyone seriously sick in order to do that..

DO NOT EAT HERE | Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 8:30 p.m. | Took my family to Sonic for after dinner half off shakes. Pressed button at drive-up position 16 to ask question, and was greeted by a poor attitude of a male employee. He answered my question hurriedly, then cut me off. I was talking to the call box when I heard his voice on another call box nearby. He had switched me off without telling me to wait. I pressed the button again, and he asked to take my order. I told him that I wasnt sure about the special, and he cut me off again. Pathetic service by this older sounding male. Wrong person to spread his hateful traits to potentially good workers. I wont be back & dont recommend this Sonic location to anyone.

Sonic Drive-In at Providence in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee is the best! While other Sonic Drive-Ins keep quality in check, this location sets an example. I prefer the drive up window compared to a stall. Their attitude is of service and the food is always hot and my drink cold. I like the jr breakfast burrito cooked without meat. While some locations try to have pretty, light and fluffy eggs, this location has always cooked my food so that its both pretty and HOT! Ill drive past others to get me a cold sweet tea at this location.

Its says they are open till 12 a.m. but 3 different times I was told a different closing time. I called again tonight (4/18) at 11:15 to see what time they closed. The guy who answered said Employee "thanks for calling Sonics" Me "what time do you close tonight" Employee then said after a brief pause "ahhh eleven" Me "thats weird cause online it says you are open till midnight and you answered the phone. You know what, just forget it" Then I just hung up the phone. Unbelievable!!!

Stopped and grabbed a Extra Long Chili Cheese Coney on the way to work. Bad experiences in the past but I figured Id give them a chance to redeem themselves. Staff was fine, drink was good but the chili on the Coney was cold, as was the cheese. The hot dog itself was semi burnt on the top and the tater tots tasted of oil that had not been changed in a while. They say you get what you pay for but its not even worth the $7...Drinks are good, stay away if you want good food though.

The first time they messed up my breakfast ot was fine but they messed up two days in a row. They literally made the burrito completely wrong. The girl in the drive thru, i believe her name was hope, she is absolutely horrible with customer service and unpleasant to be around. If i could give this place negative stars i would. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY VALUE YOUR FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stopped to get a corn dog and onion rings. The corn dog was burnt and the onion rings were soggy and some kind of juice was in the bottom of the package. If I could post a pic I would show you all. I would not visit this location unless you want dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Hit and miss here. Employee asked for my order then told me to "hold on" mid-sentence and never came back. Also the posted hours mean nothing here; if they get bored theyll just close whenever they want. Usually its worth it to drive down the road to the other Mt. Juliet Sonic.

Worst customer service. Placed my order, waited over 20 minutes, inquired about my order, then was told they had no record of it. Was on a time crunch by then and had to leave. No offer of voucher or free drink next time on us. Had a toddler waiting on his food :(

This location has terrible customer service and it takes FOREVER to get your order, regardless of what you ordered. I would not recommend going to this location.
