Horrible orange chicken and waited forever for service, despite only being behind one damned person, and for all of a pretty expensive price. If youre in Gallatin TN and find yourself hankerin for some Chinese/Asian food, this is probably the worst place to go with. I would like to specifically state that I am writing this review because im reviewing a decent amount of the fast food places in and around Gallatin, and am in no way infleucned by anything other than my personal experience of dining at any place that I review, but if you really want that kind of food, Dragon Express is probably your best bet. Been in there several times and the staff is very friendly and chatty, and the food is great. And if youre a fan of potstickers, this place doesnt sell them unlike most of the other Panda Expresses in the United States. I asked about it, and I was informed that they werent in a high enough demand.

Terrible food Terrible service. Place is dirty. I went there 3 times and complained to the corporate office after the first visit. They sent me a gift card so I tried it again and the place was cleaner but the service wasnt so good. I went back a third time to use the gift card and left without ordering anything. I got there when they opened and when I got in line they only had noodles and orange chicken. Why even bother opening the door of you dont have any food? Theres a small Chinese place behind it called Dragon thats way better and lower cost. I wont go back.

Bad service. Always out of food. Takes 20 minutes or more for them to cook something. Frequently overcooked food. Numerous complaints to corporate were never even acknowledged. I stopped using Panda Express all together and went to other Chinese restaurants nearby. Fresher food, cooked faster, and I suspect, better for you than what Panda Express serves anyway.

1st the service was slow. The sweet tea was watered down. They didnt have all the menu items available. I had to change my order. I got beef and broccoli instead of angus steak. There was no beef in it just broccoli. It was 8 at night. Just because youre in a hurry to close doesnt mean you should stop serving. You close at 9.

Skip it. If youre looking for Chinese food in Gallatin there are better places to eat than this chain restaurant. They may not be as pretty or have a chain restaurant atmosphere, but the food is whats really key. Try No. 1 or China Wok for the best taste in Gallatin.

Last three times we have eaten at Panda they were out of food, the fried rice had hard uncooked rice in it, the brown rice was not cooked, the noodles were not cooked enough. What food that was there looked old.we will try one more time and see what we get.

Awesome Fast Food China style. Enjoyed our first visit..Best taste when the plates are still hot. Once lukewarm the meal is not flavorful. Great Service with a smile! Also Military Friendly..

Service wasnt all that great. The food was cold, and the line the food was on was almost empty. Very disapointed. Looks like general manager Jason House needs to get his restaraunt in check.

Been here twice. Bot times it tasted good. Always friendly, fast staff. HOWEVER both times it also gave me food poisoning. I am a chef and know the symptoms and the times they show up.
