Got there about 8:30PM ordered chicken parmesan and shrimp primavera, A lot of things was wrong with this visit. First, the waiter brought out bread that was hard as a rock which if your a regular for Olive Garden one thing you know and love is the fresh solft bread thats always delivered when you set down. This time you could squeeze it and it would crumble it was that dry. Second the waiter asked our drinks and confused on the way back who was who and i understand if you got a lot going on HEY its not a big deal except they where not busy AND when the waiter came back by asked what my wife was drinking then didnt bring it out, 20 minutes later we had to ask for her drink. THEN the food was HORRIBLE i mean worse if i just got it frozen at walmart and microwaved it lol. On a 1 through 10 scale i would rate this location a def 1 being the least likly to recommend. Then the lady (manager) had the nerve to ask if we had ever eaten there before (refering to olive garden) are you freakin kidding me...save your self the hassle dont go to this location, poor service, poor food, rude managment. Take it from some one who enjoys a waiter and restraunt who gets it right, this was me not being picky this was reeeeaaallllly bad.

I have been to this Olive Garden 3 times with my husband since it opened. The first time, the hostess skipped over us and we waited over an hour on a weeknight, when I asked her why people who got there after us were being seated, she said she buzzed us and we didnt come. We were fairly upset since wed been sitting right in front of her the whole time and she was very rude about it. Our server was great though once we finally got seated and they gave us a free appetizer because of the rude hostess. The second trip, we were seated promptly, but waited over 20 minutes before our waitress came and asked for our drink orders. She only came back one more time to bring us our check. Other people brought our food, salad, etc. This last time was better, but our waitress seemed very new, didnt seem like shed ever been a waitress before. I think this place just needs some good training for employees and get rid of the snooty, rude ones.

Ive eaten at several Olive Garden restaurants over time and they were all satisfactory for both food and service. This one is the exception. We had a drink at the bar while waiting on a table and the bartender became rude and abrupt when we wouldnt accept a menu and eat there. To make matters worse, the guy who took us to our table passed several empty tables to take us to the back of the restaurant in the corner to a small table which had one chair and a shared bench. I asked for another and he just turned around and walked away without acknowledging us. We seated ourselves at one of the empty tables nearby. Our waitress was very attentive and the saving grace for our meal there. Food was as expected. This was the rudest experience we have ever encountered in any restaurant and weve visited hundreds over the years. If not for the waitress and food I would give it one star.

Let me start by saying, I love Olive Garden. Or at least, in the past I have. This used to be my familys Go-To restaurant. We couldnt wait for the salad, breadsticks, and delicious pasta meals. Now, it seems, Olive Garden has started focusing on cost cutting, taste reductions, and bland, possibly even frozen food items, in lieu of freshly prepared, well seasoned dishes. The service isnt even what it used to be. Specifically this MJ location, the servers and hostesses cant seem to get their act together. We will probably still go again, just because its Olive Garden and sometimes you crave a good Tour of Italy, but if they keep trending down, and their food and flavor dont pick back up, in addition to their customer service, we will find another local Italian restaurant to give our money to.

Went here to celebrate an achievement at work. My fiancé and I had good service by the waiter BUT the manager on duty did not provide exceptional service. Every time the manager walked by he would ask every couple how was everything... except us. He asked the the right next to us was everything fine... except us. So I intentionally made eye contact and smiled... no response. He continue walking by. By the end of the night there was only us in our section, and yet he STILL did not say anything. His was very disappointing. Never has this happened. We will never go back to this location. Sorry to say. If we want Olive Garden, we will drive far to get way better service.

This has been awhile, but since I wrote a negative review for the Melting Pot (downtown Nashville) I figure it was only fair to write this one; I ordered whole wheat linguine with meat sauce and while we were dining I suddenly felt a stinging in my mouth. I soon discovered that there was glass in my food, and I had a small cut in my mouth. The manager was apologetic and gave us the meal for free, however that is little consolation when you consider that they dont take it seriously when a glass is broken in the vicinity of food that is going to be served.

Food was good as normal but the service was disappointing, the waitress started off real good, but didnt check back as soon after the meal arrived or as often as I thought she should,We had an appetizer,a meal and I had soup and a salad, never ask if I wanted more salad, and I waited along time between my two soup servings. Two long between checking on the table.I normally leave at least a 20%/tip,didnt in this case, only a couple of bucks.Hope she does better in the future.

I usually only write a review when I have a negative experience (I know, Horrible of me) But Im changing that today! I ate at this Olive Garden last night for my birthday, and it was AMAZING! The food was fantastic, and it came out so quickly. What I really want to commend is the service I received! I believe my waiters name was Adam M. Per the receipt. He was delightful! Tended to our every need and had a great personality! I will be giving them more service for sure!

To start this review off the waitress needed to learn what personal space is and how to abide by it. I ordered a herb salmon with steamed broccoli. The broccoli was way undercooked, rubbery, and just plain bad. My salmon was way over cooked and rubbery as well. Salmon I am used too falls apart on your plate. I could understand one order but my sisters steak was also way overcooked. SECOND VISIT: Much better service all around and the food was perfect.

I usually never eat Olive Garden. This is why. It was incredibly loud. Our waitress when rude and acted like she hated her job. The sweet tea was disgusting and she walked past our multiple times when the glass was empty. When we went to pay , they have the computer pay. When we went to fill out the tip, she stood behind us seeing what we were going to put. Overall : bad experience = bad meal.
