The food was ok, other than being mixed up, we had a group of 10 people and had to sit outside, which we were ok with, but with a lot of their dishes looking very similar, everyone at our table ended up getting someone elses food and didnt know it until we started eating it. Our poor waitress was running her self ragged with very little help from any other employees. We originally had all separate checks, but the manager got them all mixed up and couldnt figure out what belonged to who, so half of our group went inside to pay for theirs so they could leave, and the rest of us told the waitress to just put the rest of it all together and we would just split it ourselves. Well her manager did so and ended up putting most of the people that already paid back into the check as well, needless to say we ended up way overpaying for our food. Plus the fact that all food didnt even come out together, after waiting a very long time it came out a little here and there, some of us were already done eating by the time others even got their food. Not that its the waitresses fault, but I would probably never go back there again, it was not a good experience for us at all. Definately not place equipped for accommodating groups of people.

Man you just nail it every time. I have had Biriyani here more than 15 times. And also Chicken Chettinad , bullet nan , cut mirchi and many more. You are just awesome, If it’s a Sunday, I straightaway finish my jog and order the Biriyani and I am never disappointed. I am person who relishes Authentic Hyderbadi Dum Biriyani and I can surely say your place is one of the very few places in USA, which just recreates the authentic Hyd Dum Biriyani Taste. You dont server the chicken curry on top of flavored rice and call it Biriyani: what few are doing in Franklin. Keep up the good job of being NEAT n Consistent. This review is after nearly being more than 30 times to your restaurant. But I felt like posting this after : Today I had flavored rice topped chicken curry which was sold to me as Naatukodi Biriyani , Motton curry thrown on top of flavored ice which was sold as Keema Biriyani : I had this torture at another restaurant Franklin and I felt I need to appreciate you people at Persis Mt Juliet . Only when we have the worst, we recognize the value of having the Best and not appreciating it. Your hotel is neat, food is awesome and you have the empathy to take the customer feedback. Superb man.

I have been there quite a few times and so far liked the food over there. I liked the ambiance and the service on top of the food over there. The last time I visited, I had some awful experience with their service and this is a note to the management on the occasional glitch in their service, which may not be overlooked. The waitress who attended us in between was rude, to say the least. I am not sure what was bothering her, however, I am very sure that the patrons do not come to restaurants to experience this kind of attitude. Please train your stuffs to behave politely, if they have not learnt it by themselves. And if you think there will be more customer who will anyway come and have food in your restaurant (that will anyway happen), then do not bother to address these types of glitches.

I had the Chicken Tiki Masala (sp) It was Delicious, I got a to go container and ended up not needing it because it was so good. This place is amazing, not only was the food awesome, but After having an allergic reaction (Totally My Fault) They were so very helpful and switched out my food for me, and when they found out the day I was having, which was already horrible and just got worse, they took care of my bill. I would give you guys 20 stars if I could, please know that our server today, I am sure you will know who it was, was absolutely awesome, and he would make a great manager if ever needed! I cant thank you guys enough, you turned a horrible day into a much better one...Thank You So Much! We will be back, and I will recommend you guys to everyone!

Great tasting food. Becoming a regular customer as they serve tasty food and good ambience to hang out with family and friends. Far better than other Indian restaurants in Nashville. If you like Indian food definitely give this place a try but watch out on the spice level you ask for! Update : Lately most customers are not happy with the food here and Iam too joining the unhappy customer list. Food quality has gone considerably and so it quantity but not the price. Even if you get a to-go box, the box still has lot of space guess they dont want to stuff the box. Downgrading it to reflect the rating. There were few more choice started up this year and this is not my preferred one anymore.

Glad to have an Indian cuisine option in the Mt. Juliet area. Really wish theyd offer a buffet though. I love it when ethnic restaurants offer buffets because it allows you to try a variety of things and develop some favorites that youre then comfortable ordering not just at their location, but other restaurants as well. The overall experience at Persis was good. Flavors were generally on par with most other Indian places. My only issue is that this location came across more as Indian fast food and not a normal sit down experience my daughter and I normally enjoy when we go out for our regular Indian fix. Service was a little slow as well.

Food is great! Been visiting persis for almost a year for now. I love the food, its so delicious and vey well made. Today we 4 friends walked into the restaurant at 2:20pm and the it closes at 2:30pm, the manager (could be a new guy) there was so rude and arrogant... as soon as we walked his nature was not welcoming and so disrespectful..... he could have answered us nicely but it distirbed our mood and was haunting through out our time there. Hope the hospitality gets better the next time we visit .... the only thing that pulling us to visit that place is the food.

Some people are calling the people who work here unenthusiastic- Ill call them straight up rude. The Indian lady at the counter acted like I was asking her to donate her hard earned money to fuel my YouTube career. I simply asked about my take out order. Indian food is always good because people who are Indian run the restaurants but the service is what sets you apart. Im very disappointed in the service and wait time.

The food and atmosphere is great. The butter chicken is amazing and the garlic naan is spot on! Unfortunately, the service is incredibly slow if you happen to have more than 6 people in your party. On several occasions, weve been at the restaurant for over 2 1/2 hours from extremely slow service. I still highly recommend the restaurant, but if you have a larger party I would get calling your orders ahead of time.

First, I love the food! We tried the Biryani, the chettinadu, and tikka masala. Also, who can not have the samosa, am I right!? All tasted yummy without the extra oil that tends to characterize interior cuisine. The staff displayed passion and knowledge about the different dishes and even the history behind them! The decor is clean and modern. I will definitely return!! Thanks for the experience!
