Why do people always have to go into a place and count how many "dark" skin with the"light" skin employees. This place is such a breath of fresh air and the employees are genuine and the love they share with the Lord is seen in their smile and actions. Find a place where the skin is more "dark" than"light" and I will bet you not one single comment is going to be made about it. Get over the fact it is 2015 not 1930s. God loves you no matter what the size, color, shape. It makes me so sad that we can not get past many years ago. Please dont say bad things about people that you know nothing about.

Ofcourse the food is great. Here and cookout are both my favorite fast food places. But this chik fil a deeply impressed me with the efficiency of their drive thru. Even at their busiest times with a long line around the building, I still got my food accurately in exactly 8 minutes. Now thats impressive! Best ive ever seen. Ill be back !!

The last few times I have been to this particular Chick-fil-a, and gone thru the drive thru they have either gotten my order wrong or forgotten something in my order....I love the fact that they employ high school students, but every time I come it seems they are doing more socializing than working, and it is affecting the work.

Where is the darker skinned community at in this restaurant? Every time I go here, 95% of the employees and customers are not darker skinned, or even lightish skinned. Still the chicken and waffle fries are an amazing and affordable combo.

Im a big fan of chic fil A but this location here was a massive disappointment... I had to go back outside to see if i had entered the right place .... My nuggets was awful and for the first time ever didnt get good customer service

LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! BUT this store consistently has poor management. They are impersonal, and lack the skills required for fast food restaurant employee scheduling. Also, food is only mediocre when compared to other cfa stores.

The food at this site is extremely satisfying! My only complaint would be its location ~ very tight parking. The fact, though, that this place is so busy is a testament to their quality of food and workers.

Wow super fast service at Chik Filet in Gallatin! They even have someone outside taking orders to help speed up the drive thru. Wish Rivergate location was this fast! Fresh flowere on the tables too!!!!!

Love to eat here. People are very kind, courtious and prompt. Some one comes around to the tables and ask if everything is ok and ask if you need anything else. This gets my vote for excellent service.

Used a coupon and was pleased. Then ordered food to go and they wouldnt let me use a coupon and after I spoke to Mgr he talked about me and was pointing at us. Not very nice. Wont be back to this one.

We went there on "cow day". I didnt realize it until we got there. Even though it was extremely busy, our food was delivered quickly and everyone was in a good mood (customers and employees).

The sandwiches here are old and burnt. They give you food that should be thrown in the trash. I guess thats how they save money on food cost. Run dont walk from this location.

Went to the drive thru at lunch time, cars wrapped all the way around the building, was not in line more than minutes total. Great service, highly recommended.
