Because of getting 1 order wrong and me complaining about it, they now have refused to deliver anything else to me and said they do not want my business. They called me on the phone, yelling at me saying I ordered the food wrong. I ordered my favorite, General Taos chicken (extra spicy), and it was very bland. I called them about it and they refused to make it right. I was bashed over the phone with abusive language and called a liar. This was all several months ago. Tonight I decided to give them another chance, and I placed an online order. 45 minutes later they call me telling me that they refuse to serve me anymore. I do not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! They do have pretty good food most of the time, however the treatment of customers who have a problem is totally unacceptable.

I placed a $30 order for delivery and then waited over an hour for it. I ordered sweet and sour pork, but they didnt send the sauce. I called immediately to tell them. Rather than apologize, the woman laughed hysterically and said "Really? We forgot the sauce?", then asked me if they could bring it to me later. I told her I ordered it to eat now, but here I am 30 minutes later with cold pork and no sauce. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a Chinese restaurant in this area. I recommend calling panda. They also deliver and have great food and customer service. Unfortunately they are closed on Sunday. In the future I will only order chinese food Monday thru Saturday.

Im consistently pleased w online ordering, take-out service, portion size & food quality. Wherever I live, I order only tofu dishes & soups fr Chinese restaurants, & No.1s portions of fried tofu are the most generous Ive had anywhere. Plus this is the ONLY Chinese restaurant Ive ever patronized where the left-overs were good. Ive lived in several cities (LA, Philly) & suburbs thereof (San Fran, Manhattan) and No1s style is very akin to/consistent with the Chinese fast food I liked there. Locally, I tried Gallatins CHINA BUFFET & thought it was tasteless & terrible so my recommendation might not work for you if you like them.

Ordered. They said it would be 45 min. Ended up being an hour And the woman said it would be another 30 min on top of that. I asked for a refund so I could go get something else. She told me they would never deliver to me again if I asked for a refund. The woman was extremely ghetto and aggressive. When I told her to just go ahead and deliver and I just wont order from them anymore she said "we wont miss you" and hung up on me. I really have never been treated like this by any food service worker in my life. I will never go back here again.

Waited 2 hours for our food. Called them 3 times and they told us that the driver coming to us was pulled over and arrested and that another driver was on the way. So 1 hour after all this and we had to call back again and she said the driver should be there and she would call him. So when our food finally arrived 2 hours later we were told by the owner we still had to pay full price and an added gas fee. Absolutely ridiculous ... Food was cold and terrible ... Would not recommend ... PERIOD!

Horrible customer service. I called in to make a delivery order and the person i was speaking to was extremely rude and even hung up on me. After calling back she finally took my order and then told me (after i had paid with credit card) that there was going to be a 1 hour and 45 minute delivery wait time and then she hung up again. Needless to say, nearly 2 hours till food arrived and it was wrong and cold. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Every thing I have ever ordered has been great and well worth the price. The bourbon chicken is really good. A few years ago it was all real chicken and it was grilled. Now it is a mixture of pork and chicken but I believe it comes from the food manufacturer like that. Best chinese food in Gallatin.

Ordered online. Said it would be 45-65 mins. Thought that was kind of long. After an hour I called to check the status since my card hadnt been charged yet. They said they were finishing it up right then. After another hour I decided to just go get it. Get there and still not done.

One of the better places in town. Be aware that the food isnt cooked until you order. Its hot and fresh. If youre pressed for time, call ahead. The atmosphere may put some customers off, its very plain inside, but the food is very good.

Good! Food feels a bit... heavy. But its Chinese food so thats expected. Its tasty, and the owner is very nice! Lunch prices are really cheap, you get 2 meals worth of meat for under $6!
