I am not a fan of reviewing restaurants online but I cant hold it in anymore for this location of Taco Bell. If I could stress my disgust enough with ZERO stars I would, but unfortunately I cannot. It is always something with this Taco Bell location! Either their computer system is down and cant accept orders, or some other weird excuse to close early. Not to mention the quality of food they send out time and time again is severely lacking. The employees at this location dont care at all about anything but themselves. This kind of thing has happened time and time again here and I cant believe I keep trying. Perhaps next time Ill drive across town and give another location a try. Just my two cents.

Just went through the drive thru. My order was incorrect on the screen, so I clarified at the next window. She told me it was correct. When I got to the second window, it was the order that was wrong up instead of what I asked for. All of that is understandable. But when I asked for my correct food, the girl in the window told me I would have to go around and get back into the drive thru line because there was "a lot of other customers waiting." Thats unacceptable customer service.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. First I ordered they got everything wrong but the drink. Re ordered they did the exact same thing and messed it up again. They also forgot to put in some of my order. Asked to speak with manager he argued so rudly and gave me my money back but it wasnt correct change. I can say I WILL NOT be back again. And I recommend if you want something changed as small as no sour cream dont ask because they will put it on anyway.

If you need to run to make a "run to the boarder" dont run to this place! Run Away!!! Bugs in food Filthy bathrooms And my order is always wrong. I know we dont pay much for this cheap meal. But is it asking too much to not have to call pest control before I come here? Or asking too much to take my daughter to a bathroom that doesnt have poop paintings on the seats, along side of the aroma of cheap deoderizer and urin? I will be coming back here.

After waiting 15 minutes for a $3 order, and watching some employee go behind the counter in just a tank top, and witnessing an employee NOT wash their hands, I quickly canceled my order. 2 stars because it was hot outside and their AC felt nice.

Workers here are ignorant and unintelligent. They dont know their product when it is asked for. The store is dirty and bathrooms are as well. It could be easily turned around with some more caring employees and better training.

What can I say its Taco Bell. It is what it is. Sometimes you get nice employees some time you get the moody teenagers with attitude. People first job gatta start somewhere. The Food is mostly consistent and thats what I like.

Usually my experience here is fine! They have messed up our order once in the drive thru, and we usually get someone at the window who really engages in conversation with us rather than just getting the job done. Thats nice.

Solid preparation, food is usually hot and fresh, no major incidents with order accuracy here, they can run a little slow from time to time but are friendly and makes the trip worth it for what it is.

Dirtiest taco bell in the area. All tables are filthy and bathrooms reek of filth. The owners dont care to fix these issues. Employee throwing up outside door on view of patrons is unprofessional.
