Five Guys on Sam Ridley is my go-to burger place of choice. The prices are high, but the food quality is always amazing. Great taste, awesome burgers and delicious fries. Makes the mouths of my co-workers drool when I walk in with that greasy brown bag and the smell of their Cajun fries wafting out of it. The restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been friendly on my visits. The wait time for fresh food is not that bad, but call it in for even faster service.

I used to be a manager here. The food is good, depending on who makes it, but the managers and employees here now are so unfriendly. Not once did I see anyone crack a smile or offer any acceptable form of customer service. They were moving slow and took 15 minutes to make a burger when there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. This place really needs to get it together and it makes me sad to see this restaurant go downhill.

Five Stars for Five Guys! Not much more to say than when it comes to needing a fix for a real deal genuine burger this place is the only place I look to. Their reputation precedes them. Anyone that likes burgers and have never been to Five Guys needs to experience burger perfection at its finest.

In my opinion, Five Guys is just a little too overboard. I like the free peanuts, and the amount/quality of fries is very good, but the burgers have never quite satisfied me. The staff never seems too interested in the customer either. One huge pro, though, is that they have red creme soda!

I never leave Five Guys hungry. The burgers are big, juicy, and flavourful when ordered all the way. A small fries is enough to feed 2 people, honestly. There are usually a lot of fries left in the bag by the time I get full. Great burger shop.

Place is a great place to eat. Great presentation on the burgers. The manager is cute as hell. And the employees are great. Keep it up. I would personally recommend this restaurant.
