Took forever to get our food while we was sitting at the table the floor you look at the floor you can see the food all over it from where the Buffett was two people walk by the food neither one of them bothered even sweep it up but yet both of them had a broom in their hand and when we did get the food it was cold didnt even get refills on her drink and instead of getting plates the lady brought paper plates and that is this lazy to go into a pizza place and get a paper plate to eat instead of a regular plate

Sometimes they deliver, most times they dont. I will never understand that with this place. I need delivery while Im at work and in the past four months I was able to get them to deliver one time. Its just ridiculous. If they are listed as a business that does have that option youd think theyd honor it. No they dont. Customer service on the phone does suck horribly as well. Guess they dont care if they lose customers.

The staff in store are wonderful. The staff who handle call-in orders have NO customer service skills. Rude in the extreme and too inept to run a credit card over the phone. Its sad the difference between the staff running the dining room and those handling the phones.

Newly remodel looks great and is a lot more comfortable. The food is absolutely great as always. Call In , dine In, carry out, delivery, free Wi-Fi, also TV in every corner so just like like being at home

To tell the truth, before it changed, great service. A hot pizza under 20 minutes. Last time I came, I had to wait an hour for a single slice of pizza! no complimentary bread sticks! :(

Pigs at the trough during lunch. Dont understand why the buffet never has the worlds most popular pizza: thin crust pepperoni. Instead, they throw out these gross pizza combinations.

Greedy company, spend $30 on pizza and wings, then have to buy the dressing to dip it in. Ridiculous. Wings should come with at least 1 dipping sauce Per order.
