Not up to par with other Panera Bread Restauants. My friend pre-ordered a loaf of bread - order wasnt there. They did give her rolls instead, and no charge. I ordered half a chicken cesar salad - not much lettuce and no chicken! When I took it back they offerred to make a new salad, I said yes. Well, I received a dish of diced chicken instead. Panera Bread is one of our favorite places to eat - this one has a way to go.

An excellent restaurant to add to Fond du Lacs west side. The food is very good, usually healthier than most fast food and the customer service is good as well. The bagels are some of the best along with their soups. Plenty of parking around the location and the drive-thru moves smoothly along. Im happy they have located here.

Quick service, never any problem with the food. A bit too crowded to enjoy lunch here though.I love using the rapid pickup. Order on your phone, enjoy a close parking spot, walk past the line and grab your food to go.

Theyve forgotten my side of bread once, but that was once out of the 10 or so times Ive gone through the drivethrough. I like the atmosphere inside too and the quick kiosk.

I enjoy the fireplace inside the restaurant. I order the salad without onions because otherwise it is an onion salad.
