The night of 12/9/2015 I guess first impressions is everything, they were playing heavy metal music. Ok no big deal they change the music and we ordered pizza. The pizza came out the crust was so white the pizza didnt even raised. My ordered was two stuffed crust hand tossed pizzas. Which didnt have much of taste and seem like a thin crust. While waiting for pizza i feed my 6 month old son in their high chair which the first one had broken straps to secure him so went and grab the other available high chair which was so disgusting, I tried cleaning it with baby wipes but after 5 I gave up. I put blankets over it before I put my son in it to feed him. I have work the restaurant business. I know what its like when you walk into a place and people dont give a s***. this is the feeling I got while I was there. I talk to the manager which was our server if the high chairs were acceptable in his opinion. he didnt know what to tell me. As the person I am I paid my balance in full ask for no discount and left a tip. I hope for the manager I talked to have more love for what he does.

After being told they were out of several things I settled on the Tuscani Chicken Alfredo. I placed my order at 9:00 and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes to my hotel which was not even a half mile away. It was delivered 15 mins late (not a big deal), no utensils or napkins were included (again not a big deal). I paid for my meal...tip included and proceeded to eat my meal (heres the big deal) It was barely warm at best. I paid for a meal that was supposed to be made fresh and delivered hot, not sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long and then delivered.

Incompetent and incredibly rude staff, incorrect order, appalling delays, and disgusting "cleanliness". Avoid at all costs. I understand its a fast food restaurant with high school kids, but the cashier was condescending, unintelligent, and unclean. The food itself was undercooked, despite its lateness in arrival, and the facility itself was simply ...grimy.

it says online they deliver until midnight, yet when i call they hung up on me 3 times in a row, when i finally got through to them they told me they were closed...its 11, and theyve delivered to me past midnight before. the food is decent but they need a new group of employees, if this is the way they treat customers ill just start going elsewhere.

We order the same type of pizza every time. This time the pizzas were 25 minutes late. Pizzas were cold. Very thing and flimsy. Ordered extra cheese and got less than what youd get ordering with the regular amount. Waste of $40. Tried calling the store 3 times. Every call was ignored.

We just walked out after standing there for 20 minutes waiting to order, not 1 person asked to help us, walked by several times even came to the counter, walked away after looking at us, NOT SPEAKING, and answered the phone. Guess its dominos for us tonight!! Really disappointed!

Horrible experience. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Didnt seem to know what they were doing. Pizza undercooked the cook didnt wear gloves when preparing for. And the restaurant was dirty and dusty and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting

I did not like the experience what so ever they were rude and the place is not cleaned well. Not coming back at all to Pizza Hut in Fon Du Lac. Took for ever to get are drinks and food even ordering the cup that I had for waters was still dirty.

Everytime I come here it seems nice and friendly.. food is always how I expect ..but I will say the prices very .. they have deals for lunch that made it easier for me to take my 4 kids out to eat.. every bill has been lower then I plan!!!!!

Always good pizza and service. The woman Deb(??) , shes been there for awhile , she is amazing and I only like her as a server . She does a great job conpared to some of the other ones ...but usually shes my server anyways.

Hated everything about it. Staff were worthless. Took forever to get seated asked if we wanted drinks or order taken and they told us they had no clean cups. .. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES ON THERE!!!
