Me and two other people came here on 12/21/15 after a movie. We walk in and the waitress doesnt come out right away and when she finally does, instead of seating us she says "why are you here," thrown by the response I didnt say anything. When we finally get seated she brings us our drinks; mind you those are the only things enjoyable of our visit. We ask if there are any deals and instead of telling us them she goes "oh so you mean specials?" I was like "yes". She proceeds to walk away and come back with a cue card of things that she is supposed to tell every customer which on the top of the card says this. She hands us her cheat sheet and walks away. We finally order a large pepperoni pizza, simple, right? No. When we get the pizza it is beyond greasy, to the point that when you picked it up the pizza literally fell apart and on our plates there were puddles of grease. The pizza itself was so poorly made. There was more cheese than sauce and the crust itself wasnt fully cooked. The taste of the pizza was like two day old cold pizza that you warmed up and then let sit for a bit before eating it but worse. I have never had worse pizza from a Pizza Hut in my life. To make matters worse the next day all three of us were sick and vomitting and the only thing that all three of us ate that was the same was, believe it or not, Pizza Hut. I am so overly disappointed by this experience and the quality of the staff and the food. The staff seemed like they hardly have anyone ever come inside to eat and dont seem fully trained to be waitresses. I mean to hand me your cue card on things you are supposed to ask customers is a little pathetic. Never again will I eat at another Pizza Hut and I hope actions will be taken to fix the severe problems with the Oshkosh Pizza Hut on Koeller Street.

Did a carry out, picked up 10 min later, got there, paid and waited 20 minutes and my order was ready for dont know how long and nobody notified me until I walked up to ask and the dude shed who I was!! Too my order out from the warmer and have it to me. Its probably been sitting there the whole time and the side didnt even realized!

The service at first was very odd, but after the waitress warmed up (and stopped sulking) the experience was okay. My gluten free pizza was very, very tasty, but the odd waitressing experience (and similar reviews) make this branch difficult to recommend.

ordered online food came cold and 23 minutes late and all they had to offer was a 5 dollar credit no wonder they are going out of business what ever happened to service and quality

They are off of exit 117 in Oshkosh and refused me service when I am at at exit 113. Literally 4 miles down the road..... unbelievable.
