I ordered a pizza waited 1-1/2 hrs and I understand that they were busy so that didnt bother me. After opening the box and realizing the pizza delivered was absolutly not what I ordered I tried to call but ended up in hold for 5 mins by an answering service who still couldnt get through - had my wife call on her phone who she thought was " The Yorkville Pizza Hut" so I tell guy who was trying for me I was good only to find out the person my wife had on phone was the same answering service who I was little rude too because by now I was not a happy camper only to kinda apopolgize her and hang up and call again to now get ahold of person who took my order to ask me twice if I was sure the pizza I had wasnt what I ordered !! I explained that a supreme doesnt look like what I have ! I received a pepperoni and halopeno. Now he said I could take a credit and just keep what I have or wait almost 1 hr and 45 mins for what I originally ordered and before I could answer he goes so u will just take the credit Right ? I said hope you do well over their and I would keep what I have and will never order again from them. So now I have a pizza which I didnt pay for but wont eat !

Regularly experience mistakes in delivered orders. "Managers" sound cavalier as to our complaints. Delivery guys blame managers, who blame the delivery guys. Always the same problems. Last time we ordered, we were told it would be a 90 minute wait for a pizza and wings because they had equipment problems. When I complained to the manager that this location ALWAYS has problems and screws up orders, he told me, "I know, we DO always have problems, sorry."

Second time ordering from this location. I cant be sure but pizza hut (all locations) just used to taste better to me. They barely put any cheese on the pizzas, it is extremely dry, and the doe continues its journey into becoming dry rubbery cardboard. Maybe it is age and experience at work here, but I distinctly remember pizza hut being so much better. I have done carry-out both times so I cant say much about the service. They seemed nice and attentive.

I want to say i never got a chance to order... I must have called 5-6 times over the course of a half hour and all i got was someone to pick up followed by an immediate hang up... Whats going on pizza hut??

Whats to say, its Pizza Hut. It is what it is, cheap, edible pizza. We only visit here occasionally because of the Book It program. Service was good, facility was far cleaner than the last time I was here.

Really enjoy their buffet-style salad. Their wings (especially the garlic-parmesan flavored ones) are very good. The Personal Pan Pizza was yummy and allows a lot of meat and veggies!
