Id give 0 stars if I could... I called right before my lunch break and having a limited amount of time, I asked how long my order would take to make just for a pizza and some breadsticks. I was told FIFTEEN minutes. I called specifically for the Pretzel Crust pepperoni pizza. Andrea who answered the phone (rudely I might add) told me that she thought they were out of pretzel crust. My follow up question was "Well did you guys stop flavoring crusts altogether then?" Her response was "I think so". So since I was on a tight time schedule, I just ordered a regular pizza and breadsticks. Again, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I called this order in at 11:56. Left my work to pick it up at 12 and arrived at the location at 12:15. My order should have been close to done if not completed. After paying my ticket, I asked the cashier if they had temporarily ran out of pretzel crust or if it was gone forever. She looked confused and asked who had told me they were out because they definitely were not out. She then turned to Andrea and yelled at her "Stop telling people were out of pretzel crust" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. While she did apologize and offer to re-make my pizza with the pretzel crust, that was all I was offered for the inconvenience. By this time, its 12:25 and all I need is to get my order and go. I was told it was being cut and that it would be ready shortly. 12:35, the screen shows my order as ready so I politely asked the girl making a pizza if mine was indeed ready so I could go. She glared at me like I was interrupting the most important part of her day and said, "No, this is it right here" Pointing to an individual pizza that hadnt come close to even going in the oven. I explained what my order was only to find out my breadsticks were given to someone in the dining room! Its now 12:40 and I had to wait for NEW breadsticks to come out all the while getting nasty stares and looks from the employees that were working. It took OVER 30 minutes for me to get my order that should have taken FIFTEEEN (I would have even been satisfied with TWENTY) AND IT WASNT EVEN WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER!!! I will NOT be going back to this Pizza Hut and I have NO problem calling this in on the local level and leaving reviews for this location (Effingham, IL) on EVERY outlet I possibly can. Im sorry if you hate your job but to be rude like that to customers is UNCALLED FOR.

When we arrived, there were 4 people in one booth. We were told to seat ourselves & the server would be right with us. 15 minutes later s he brought us menus and 10 minutes later we got our water. More time passed, two others came in and sat down. S he came back and took our order, 2 personal pan pizzas, breadsticks and salad bar. We had hoped to get the breadsticks with our salad, but we got that about 3 minutes before our pizza. We went to the salad bar which looks like it had not been tended to a all afternoon, carrots were dry looking and the lettuce was brown and a almost gone. In this time 4 more people came in. The two people that came in after us went to salad bar and requested more lettuce, about 10 minutes later server came out and dumped 2 bags of lettuce into the dirty bowl with the brown lettuce. Waited to get our check and box for pizza, never came . Went to the register to pay then I am offered a box. There looked to be 3 people there, as cook, a delivery girl and a server. Bathroom was dirty. The server was very friendly. I see this as a management issue. We will never go to this pizza hut again unless it gets new management. We a always wondered why is never looked busy with , guess we have our answer. That star was for the server.

Worst buffet ever. pepperoni, cheese and something not recognizable were the only pizza. In 45 minute timespan only pizza put out was another pepperoni. Pasta was nothing but burnt edges for 45 minutes. No apologies for the crappy food, just rude excuses. It finally got down to six slices for 20 people before they brought out fresh pizza. I had a coupon for a free drink that I used, but since I didnt buy the drink they jacked the buffet price $1.80. So much for the "free" drink. This all took place from 11:45 to 12:30, prime lunch time. It has never been a very good place, but has certainly hit a new low. And that shows because every time Ive been in there fewer people are eating there. I wont go there again. If you want buffet I would suggest Ryans or Chinese.

This place is terrible, I ordered pasta the waitress said it would be 15 - 20 min. I took a seat and waited. After 20 min I came up to the counter for my order and was told that she forgot to make it☹️. The manager said that it would be 8 minutes she would put my pasta in immediately. I waited another 8 minutes, she gave me the pasta, I went to the car and checked on my order- there was no garlic bread. I went back in and let her know that the menu said that there should have been garlic bread with my order, the manager said "thats for dine in only". I told her that was NOT what the menu stated. I was VERY Disappointed and upset, I will NOT go there again.this place was not busy at the time and very dirty.

Tried to get a job here cause they were hiring. I put my app in as said. And told to call back. Well after the rude workers have me the run around they told me to call back in a few days to review the apps she said she was already suppose to that day and to call back 2 more days. I did so she said 7 she would have went over them. Keep in mind I told them Im a single dad with no help from his mother as they were told. I finally called back at 7 and rudely got told she wasnt there and is all that I wanted like if u dont want a pizza I dont have time for u. So plz keep in mind these ppl dont care for you. Dont tip them cause they wouldnt do the same for u. Ill b getting ahold of corpora to address this action.

DO NOT GO HERE. PERIOD. We ordered 8 pizzas 3 hours in advance, needing them for a party. THEY APPARENTLY, "Just received the order" AND JUST STARTED ON IT WHEN WE GOT THERE. There was even a guy behind us in line who had ordered some pizza online. THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE HAD ORDERED AND HE LIVED AN HOUR AWAY IN NEWTON!!! We were late to our party thanks to this whole fiasco. POOR MANAGEMENT. POORLY TRAINED AND MINIMAL STAFF. They had 3 people working there. One of which gave a bit of an attitude towards my mother, yet couldnt even count how many pizzas we had ordered.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Ordered handtossed, got something short of thin crust, thinking dough wasnt prepped. Employees too worried about who was on the grammys than to see if we needed anything. No other customers, yet not one table was cleaned off. Floors were filthy. I used to work at this location and this wouldnt have been how things were run.
