Okay so I go into the pizza hut on Douglas Rd today to get my food and i noticed there was a lot of people standing around so the lady that had come in after me just went up to the counter and paid for her food so I then went to the counter to do the same thing. But in the middle of me doing this i found out that two other customers were waiting for a half hour or more and they didnt even pay yet so I told the lady to take care of them first Which to me is the right thing to do so when my time came i had made a simple suggestion to make a line for pay here and another area for those who are waiting. Well she said that i was the only one who was confused and she started cruising and yelling at me and then said she would give me back my money. Then I had to fight her for my pizza I swear i was playing tag a war with the food I paid for. after i got my pizza i left and called the manager and he said he saw everything so if you seen what was going on then shouldnt he of approached us and resolved the issue on hand he said he was taking care of it afterwards but he didnt even say i am sorry So if you want pizza hut go to the one on Orchard in Aurora it is in between Indian trail and Sullivan

Es hoy 4 de Enero es la segunda ocacion k ordeno pizza y m salen conke tocaron mi puerta y mi numero no contestaba o un numero mal..siempre la misma cantaleta..2 hrs para k llegara mi orden llamo y m dicen k no abri a pero m dicen podemos acerte otravez tu orden y l pregunto cuanto tiempo 45 min la primera 2 hras y ahora 45 min 3 horas no manchen k poca madres..esta pizza hut nesecita mejor servicio asus clientes gente iresponsable. Y pienzan k el dinero de uno no vale...k mala onda pero x eso no dirijimos a otras pizzerias!!

l will not be ordering any more pizzas from this pizza hut. It takes anywhere from an hour and halft to two and a half hours to have the pizza delivered. When I do receive the pizza, the pizza is cold. Of course, its taken forever to deliver the pizzas. Ive received pizzas that have had funny tastes, my husband and I narrowed it down to a soap taste. Pizzas have been burnt. They have been under cooked. Basically, anything that could be wrong with the pizzas has been. When calling to complain, they say they could deliver a replacement pizza but will take at least an hour or I could come in and pick it up. Oddly enough, theres a reason I had it delivered in the first place. Imagine that. I spoke with the store manager several times. Who would have thought, that they dont really care. They cant offer any explainations as to why things are taking this long or why the pizzas are messed up and they dont care about making the customer happy. Try Dominos instead. Weve had no problems with their pizza and they actually care about the customer

They need new management...it was only me and my girlfriend dining in and another 3 person family at the restaurant and it took them over 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink, and over an hour for our food. The other family left because they didnt even get asked what they wanted to drink and it seemed like they were celebrating a birthday which kinda sucks for the birthday person..the place was also freezing cold..never coming back to this pizza hut, dont mind driving an extra 20 minutes to another location but as long as they offer be better service then the one I received!

This place is ridiculous! I had called a few times in which I was told to hold please before saying anything to them twice. The third time I finally spoke to Rachel in which she advised me the delivery time would be 3hours! This was the manager of this place. I dont know how anyone can run a business when this type of treatment is happening when calling. Not to mention we attempted calling a few hours before with no answer. My advise order from Windy City. Way better and they manage a lot better.

How three other pizza places would deliver to my area, but this Pizza Hut decides that my house and the 100 plus houses in my subdivision are a "dead-zone?" Im less than 6 miles from this location and yet, the Papa Johns, Pizza Cucina and Windy City all are more than willing to deliver to my house, and they are all either the same distance or further than this Pizza Hut. BOGUS! Youre losing money and customers...

Horrible customer service, I was told 20min over the phone. When I got into the store I wanted over 20min to have anyone come to the front to cash a line out, when it was my turn to pay I was told 15min I then waited 20min then the lady says they still have not been put in the oven. Then tells me she had three call offs like I needed to know why they are moving so slow

I really enjoy Pizza Hut, but the one in Oswego is not one of the best. I always choose delivery and assume my pizza may not be super hot when it arrives but when theirs arrives its almost cold. That really puts a damper on a stuffed crust pizza! Also I notice that sometimes the stuffed crusted is filled nicely with cheese and other times not enough!

Delivery guy never buzzed said he didnt have unit number but our name is on buzzer so if he had half a brain he could have figured it out then the manager says I have to wait an additional 50 min to remake and re deliver my order .....never ordering from here again. Delivery guy was rude as hell and said I would have to go pick it up from the location

Worst restaurant ever! Lost my online order, had no record of it, no call. Online order showed received but not even in the oven 40 min later. Called in, put on hold 6min, had no clue, took 15 min and nothing came of it. Rude, and unhelpful and made no attempt to fix it. Said they’d remake my order and arrive 1.5hr later. Worthless.

I was put on hold for 5 mins and when they answered from hold they said the delivery time was 2 hours and said I wasnt the only costumer they had and laughed on the phone then hung up on me! Never ordering from here again such horrible customer service. so rude and unprofessional.

Wish to give - stars worst customer service. Outside of rude staff the hours they have posted say they open at 11:00 went to the store about 1:20 a very rude massively big lady yells that they are closed. Every time I go to this location the stuff is horrible.

So I came in to get a quality pizza in my neighborhood to end the weekend on a good note but instead I ended up paying for was a mediocre pizza and a name that no longer holds the value or pride it did before when I bought pizza from Pizza Hut.
