They dont even deserve one star. placed my order told them where I was at, and was told I would have my pizza in 30 minutes. I told them I was at a business about 1 mile from them. when I didnt have my order after an hour I called back. the "lady" I spoke to was very rude. telling me I gave the wrong address and the delivery driver should be calling me soon. I asked if she could call him and she said no she didnt have his number. what kind of business doesnt have a contact number for its employees? She even went as far as to tell me it was my fault the pizza was late because I gave the wrong address. I didnt give an address. I told them the business name and that it was in the industrial park 1 mile from them! so another 30 minutes later I get my pizza. its a good thing I dont live here because I wont have to order from these rude people again. worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time.

This rating based on Selmer, Tn. Pizza Hut. In the past month and a half we have placed an order on three different occasions each and I emphasis each time our order has been misplaced, over-looked, and has been given to someone else. Today was the last time we have tried to get a pizza from your location. We will be going to Savannah from here on out. Your apologizes well no longer be excepted. What is wrong with this place. cant get a good pizza and never on time. twice I have called for delivery and they call cant find it. said due to an old Map on their wall! I go to pick up my order and its not made yet! why cant they just say it will be ready in an hour!
