The worst customer service ever! I tried to call in my order.... I was placed on hold for over 3 minutes before they hung up on me. I called back was placed on hold for 11:53, so long that I was able to walk in... watch a young lady take a telephone order....the gentlemen help the one customer in front of me...ask me if he could take my order....while I showed the young man that I was still on hold. I never received an apology. I asked for a manager....NO manager on duty... he gave me the number to the corporate office. I placed order.....waited...drove home....to discover no fries. I called back spoke with the same young man...he let me speak with another young man from the kitchen...who told me the best he could do was to give me the fries that were missing....no apology. I asked if they could give me a fresh order of wings so that I wouldnt have to eat cold food due to their error.... I was told NO. They are following the policy.... I tried to explain my concern again still the same answer. So I told them that I would like to place another order of wings...that I would pay for again. He said what was the order...they kept switching the phone back and forth between the two young men. Once I returned....everyone in the kitchen starred at me...the young lady seemed to be embarrassed. The young man that hung up on me and kept me on hold... handed me my order and stated we are just going to give you the wings. I asked did they want the others....his reply was Yes. Still no apology. I went to the car to get them....placed them on the counter turned around and proceeded to walk out...as I heard him loudly dump the bag of wings in the trash. While driving home again...I decided to NOT eat what they gave me.... I didnt trust anyone at the location. I picked food up from somewhere else that provided me with excellent customer service.

Free wings and vulgar music all in one! What a catastrophic failure of a restaurant. I would be ashamed if I owned this place. Issue #1 I went in arounf 1pm and ordered a boneless 8 wing combo for $10. It took 20 minutes to call my name when it was ready. I went up there and asked for a side of the season salt and was told it was $1.00 and I passed on it. I then asked for another dressing. Yep. Another $1.00. Passed on that to. Then. I sit down and noticed they gave me 15 wings. So I get free wings but pay extra for everything else. Makes perfect sense. Owner...your employees are giving your food away for free!!!! Woo hoo... Issue #2 While I sat down to eat my dry 7 free boneless wings I didnt ask for, I noticed a young family saying a quick prayer before their meal, right after they finished, Yep you guessed it, no kidding. Blaring on the radio is Pinks explicit version of "bad day", full of curse words. As a father of 2 young boys you just avoid it, if the kids dont notice. How embarrasing for them. I asked my friendly free food guy Miguel at the front if it bothered him they were playing vulgar music in the restaurant he said "not really, it is whatever is played on iheart radio and they dont control it". I said its a good thing I dont have my kids with me he said "ha..yea I guess".. Good grief., sad excuse for a restaurant...how on earth they stay in business amazes me!!!! If you want to be nickeled and dimed and explain the bad words to your kids over the dinner table after saying grace, this is your place. Hands down!!!!

Ive been to this location many times in the past, and it had been slowly deteriorating. Service, quality and wait times were barely respectable, to say the least. BUT.....this time was different. This time, it appeared to have a whole new staff. I was immediately greeted when I entered, which was a nice touch. All three registers were being manned and telephones ringing non stop. But the ordering process still took place quickly and organized. Definitely different than past visits. Off to a great start. Next was the food. In the past, I had always waited in excess of 45 minutes. This time (even when very busy), the food came out in less than 20. It was perfectly cooked and nothing was forgotten. Impressive. As I ate, I continued to watch the crew. They flawlessly ran everything like a well trained team. Glad to see that changes for the better have definitely been set in motion. And happy to say that I will return more frequently, based on this most recent experience. Great job! (Photos attached)

Worst services ever. I ordered 40 wing pak only received 30. I went to check my order but the young man pushed the bag at me and assured me that order was correct. I got home 7mile away unpack the bag missing 10 wing . I called he said yes they forgot to bag them I asked could I be compensated for their error with other order of fries he said yes. I told him I am on my way. I get there and a young man come from the back with my wing in his hand passing to me. Asked for a bag and the fries I was promised. He said I didnt leave fries I get no fries. I asked for the Manager and was told by the one I spoke with on the phone he didnt say ye to the fries he said Ok..and the manager was not there and it was nothing he could do. I am very disappointed in the staffs and their customer service. I have had better service all over Texas and my neighborhood location is not up to part. My family will not be eatting here again.

Visited this Wingstop on Friday ,Feb.20th.. after ordering a long line formed and I could see some customers walking in and then leaving. I waited more than 25 minutes for my order. Young girl working the cash register. Then a guy in the kitchen making the food.He was on the phone the entire time I was there- using one hand to make food. I could tell it was a personal call. So, I approach the counter after 10 minutes i finally asked the young girl , if my order was ready.. that take another 8 minutes to get it. I wont go here again! Expect a long wait, incorrect order, and burnt french fries. If it was possible to give 1/2 of a star I would.

Placed a order for pickup and they told me it would be 15 - 20 minutes . It took me 15 minutes from my home to this location . I got their and the lady at the register told the they where not ready. I sat for a extra 15 minutes when I got up to ask her if my order was ready . I saw my order on a rack no telling how long it was sitting their and ready . I sat in plain sight for her to see me and sign of communication or care from the lady at the register.

Placed an order via their app. Came in 20 minutes later (5 after they said itd be ready) and gave them my name. The dude looked around and then told me to go sit down, so I sit there for 30 minutes and turns out my food was ready the whole time. This isnt the last time theyve done this, I come here at least once every few weeks. The food is really good so if you can handle absolute terrible service then its a good restaurant.
