I made a order online Super Bowl night and it said it would be ready at 6:45pm then I get a call from the store saying it would not be ready until 7:15pm I was still ok with that because I understand its Super Bowl and there busy. I get there at 7:10pm to pick up my order and they stated it would not be ready until another hour!! Now Im starting to get upset but I waited got my order and went home. I opened the bag and the whole order was wrong and we even tried to make the best of it but it was not edible, chicken not cooked all the way and it tasted like all the seasoning were just put together yuck!! I went the next day to get a refund and the lady offered me a free 6 piece I politely said no thank you and said I wanted a full refund because 1 they gave me the wrong order and I even tried to make the best of that but couldnt. 2 I waited an extra hour on top of everything else. She said she could maybe Due a partial refund if I had brought the food up with me. I told here I had already threw it away and she stated to go home and dig it out of my trash can WOW!! And I might be able to give you a partial refund. I just left and Im just going to contact my C.C company because Im not going to bring food from my Dirty trash can inside a place where people eat. Unbelievable!!!

They need help in completing orders correctly! We started ordering from them when they opened, but after 3 times of not getting our order correct (specifically cooking the wings well done), I made a big deal and complained. The on site manager snickered upon my complaint and was rude. I ended up speaking with the owner, who said shed address the issue and give me a full credit for another order, which was appreciated. Upon using my credit, the wings were well done, as requested. We ordered again a week or two after that and wings were not well done... again! So we decided to order from the 249/Louetta location in spite of it being further because they get our order correct everytime. Fast forward about 4-6 months. We ordered last night from the Tomball location only because of convenience due to needing to run errands in Tomball. Again... wings were not well done... Not even slightly well done. Thankfully, I checked before leaving and had to wait for them to be done correctly. Wingstop has the best wings. Itd be great if the Tomball location would comply with orders!

Wings use to be amazing, since they have changed management, things have went down hill. I ask for wings crispy, even after I specifically tell them i have had problems before, not crispy. Ask for wet ( extra sauce) barely any sauce. Dry rubs are barely on wings also only sprinkled on top, not on any of the bottom wings. Do they not pay attention to the customers to get them to return or do they just not care!! Horrible, WILL NOT RETURN!!

First time here and I disliked it very much. The wings were poorly, poorly coated. I ordered Lemmon pepper, which are my favorite, and I swear it was like I ordered fried wings only, no flavor. No coating what so ever. Then, the guy who took my order made me feel a little uncomfortable, he kept asking if I was ok b/c I was serious. ???? Anyway the wings are terrible, but who knows maybe its b/c of the cooks that shift.

I had horrible customer service. After receiving the wrong order I called to complain in a professional manner and the manager of Wing Stop proceeded to tell me that she will not serve anyone who is rude to her. This is not the first time they have got my order wrong and not the first time they have been rude to me. I will NEVEE recommend this wing stop to anyone and will NEVER order food from them again.

Absolutely terrible. The service was completely horrible and the wings literally tasted sour and left a bad aftertaste. Then I got up and decided I wanted Sprite and I drank it and the syrup wasnt updated yet and it tasted like rotten sparkling water. Never go there.

Of the chains that serve wings, Wingstop is one of the best. They may take a little longer, but thats because they are made to order. Nice selection of sauces to go with your wings. If you are in a hurry, order ahead and they will be ready when you get there.

Fries not cooked . No seasoning . I understand I wanted my order for a specific time but its no reason my food should of been prepared so far ahead of time when I got it the bag wasnt hot! Second time this location failed me . Never returning

The lady that took our order was very helpful, nice and patient with us. The manager came out to check on the tables to see if everything was ok. It was GREAT. Very fresh, hot & tasty!! Overall, excellent service and food!

I ordered for my family. They didnt give me my fries. So I went back got the fries. Also they forgot to get me ranch dressing. But by then I was home again after getting the fries they forgot. I will not go back.

I like this one. it is a bit smaller than some others and, it does not have the new style Coke machine but the staff are friendly and the food is consistent.
