My family and I have choose chick fil a for years over other fast food restaurants. I noticed that they had stopped playing the words in their christian music. I questioned the manager on why and if this was a corporate decesion. It was a corporate decision however I was very disappointed in her reasoning of why. She said customers were uncomfortable hearing the music and at least they are still hearing it!!!! If they are not hearing the words there is no impact!!!! We are here to spread Jesus word not to bend to the world!! I have lost much respect for chick fil a and this specific establishment especially!!!

When we arrived, there was a long drive-through line and a parking lot full of cars. We were worried it might not be a "fast" food meal. But we were very happy to see they had many cashiers and barely had to wait in line. Furthermore, our food came out in less than 10 minutes. The staff members were all professional and helpful! Keep up the great service!

Today was the first time I have ever gone to the resteraunt. I am extremely impressed with the speedy service and the employees in general. I have gone to a lot of fast food chains and normally when I deal with young adults their attitude is not very good. Here they are well dressed and great attitudes under the pressure of serving a lot of guests.

Even during yesterdays Cow Appreciation Day, which is one of their busiest days of the year, every employee (as always) was calm, courteous, efficient, and went out of the way to make sure every customer was satisfied with their experience. They have a customer in myself and my family as long as they continue to operate to the same high standard.

This is by FAR the best fast food drive through place in town. They have yet to mess up an order of ours. Food is good, Service is good, and when I eat chicken here Im getting REAL chicken. Not some weird mushed up and then reshaped and colored to look like chicken wanna be nuggets. Also, their milkshakes are FANTASTIC!

I requested gluten free choices and was informed that the waffle fries are in a dedicated fryer and are gf, as well as the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was served with no bun, on a lovely bed of lettuce and tomato, with CF sauce on the side. I appreciate good careful services when dealing with food allergies.

Very limited hours but still a great place for not-cow. Easy to get to, close to I65, and very friendly staff. Probably the most positive atmosphere in all of Lafayette restaurants. They keep this place real clean and are eager to please. I enjoy coming here especially for the chicken nuggets and milkshakes.

Love the food and the staff.so helpful and kind. it is a nice change from other fast food joints.plus everything is fried in peanut oil and it is real chix. not processed meat.so everything is slightly better for you. the one complaint I have is the price is more expensive then what I am willing to pay.

Good pit stop while on the road... Quick service, good food as always... But disappointed you didnt have a military discount... I already love chick-fil-a and a discount means you are always my first choice, but not today. This is the only chick-fil-a that hasnt had something...

I love Chic-Fil-A for being a Christian company and having excellent customer service. I get the waffle fries and vanilla milkshake. I dont eat here often because I am gluten free and they dont have many g-free options so I would love to see them include gluten free options.

The staff is so friendly its unreal. Always very clean, any messes are swept up immediately. Theyre very hospitable-- sometimes an employee will come around after you eat and whisk away your tray or ask you if you need anything. The food is the same as all Chik-Fil-As.

I typically like this place but my last experience they messed up on my order. So I called the store when I got home and spoke with someone and she said she would mail me coupons to replace my order . When I received the coupons in the mail they were the wrong ones.

Wow! My first time at a Chick-fil-A and certainly WONT be my last time! I felt right at home with their friendly service, and this was the first time I have walked out of a restaurant smiling because of the overall experience I had just received! Great restaurant!

Great food, great service. Period. No comment on the politics. I reserve the right to eat at good restaurants regardless of the political views of the owners. The world will be a much worse place if people continue to view everything through a political lens.

Food was, of course, delicious, but they really need an entrance to South St. The only way to get in is to take a street about a block before the restaurant and come in from the back. We parked in a lot next door & climbed over the fence! Not the only ones!

My family loves Chick Fil A. Their food is great, especially their spicy chicken sandwhich. We love their lemonade. The service is absolutely wonderful, maybe the best in town, and always have a good attitude and a smile. Our kids love it, and so do we.

Tried the super food side salad. It was surprisingly good. Made up of broccoli, kale, cranberries, and has a maple vinaigrette dressing on top. They also gave me a small pouch of walnuts. The size of the salad was really small but filling.

Chick-fil-a is my favorite "fast food" restaurant. It has a terrific Chicken Salad sandwich which is my favorite early morning meal. Their only drawback is they are closed on Sundays due to ownership really caring about their employees.

We went during lunch so as usual it was very busy. We got our order in and brought to us in a very reasonable amount of time considering how busy it was. A nice little bonus was they refilled our drinks for free on our way out!

Friendly staff, very clean, very kid friendly. They have a kids play area and plenty of booth and table seating. In my opinion Chick fil A offers some of the absolute best fast food in terms of quality of ingredients and taste.

Always friendly polite wait staff. Food is great, they have reasonably healthy food choices. I like the fact theyre NOT open Sunday because it makes me feel that they believe there are more important things than profits.
