Absolutely horrible. I am completely disgusted with my not only 1st, but last experience with Jack n the box. After 30 mins of persuading from my significant other I agreed on trying jack n the box for the 1st time. Once we arrived at the drive-thru. I saw the menu and was impressed with diverse menu items. The gentleman asked us to hold not once, but 7 times before ordering our food. Keep in mind I only saw 1 car ahead of us. We had to wait 20 mins before we could even begin to order. Once he was finally ready for us to order it asked for a #7 with just bacon and cheese. He didnt not understand what I was asking. After trying to repeat it back to him 4 times he finally comprehended what plain meant. Took us another 10 mins to order a #7plain with curly fires, tea and a #16 combo with iced coffee. We decided to pay in exact change after talking to ourselves think he may be new and want to make it easier on him. After we pay for our food and have waited patiently this long we are assuming we will be on our way shortly. No instead we are now waiting another 30mins to receive our food and drinks. The sad part is the gentleman reminds me of several employees I personally have that are from Congo. In which I understand the language barrier etc. I also know where to place employees whom are not full trained or equipped to handle the demands needed for certain postions. This was absolutely pathetic we spent literally 45mins-1hr. In a drive-thru where our fries were ice cold, there was no bacon on the burger, and no egg roll with the #16 combo. I watched from the window as our food sat there and he poured the fries into the container with no gloves ect. So after a 1hr in complete disappointed and getting cold and half my order I can now officially say jack n the box sucks and Ill never return.

This jack in the box SUPPOSE to be 24/7 but every single time I go (which is always late night) the staff says "Im sorry our system is down" EVERY SINGLE TIME!! And the over night staff is horrible and unfriendly! I always ask how long will the system be down. They usually say 15 minutes... so last night I decided to come back an hour later and guess what..... Yep you guessed it!!! I was told The system will be down for 15 minutes. I laughed and told the gentleman that Ill wait. So I asked if I could place the order. He replied its impossible to order of the system is down. He wouldnt allow me to tell him what I wanted even though I had a big order. So 25 minutes later I attempted to order a chicken biscuit (he said were out of biscuits) I tried to order a chicken sandwich with cheese (he said were out of cheese) I tried to order a sausage croissant meal (he said youll have to take fries) I said fine. Ill have a lemonade or tea to drink. (He said we only have coke tonight) I SAID NEVERMIND!!!

I been going to Jack In The Box since I was A teen.Over the years now, Our family had so many bad experience at every location from team to management crew, or wait time is like waiting in Wal-Mart supercenter for A Layway lol js.They are always short staff to the point they want to have A crazy attitude toward you like you done something wrong lol whether than making the customer aware of the wait time and the respect to honor their customers for waiting due to poor management and crew members. The lobby & bathroom is never clean at any locations to the point to where its not health dept safe and the other location on Hamilton St, off of Trinity Lane area is very scary to go there because its too many pan handlers and prostitute is everywhere you turn or somebody is walking toward your car at night time threw drive-thru. Too much going on but they just need strong management team from the past......

I kinda grew up with Jack in The Box, this certain place SUCKS. It is the epitome of that "typical fast food crappy experience" kind of service, the staff needs to be completely replaced and revamped, its one of the nicest jack in the boxs Ive seen, (from the outside) but it was gross in there. The manager was talking to one of here friends at the counter about a friend "pissing blood" and the girl who handled my drive through order was talking WAY too much about non work related topics with other employees while handling our order, which resulted in ours being completely wrong and f#$%@& up. They dont take any pride in what they do, they have no sense of urgency and dont anything about serving the customer..

There was garbage everywhere and they were out of almost everything. Dont get me started on the service. They were rude and disrespectful. I asked for chicken strips and she told me she was out, so i asked if i wanted a refund, i told her no just get me the chicken nuggets (which are cheaper) then when i went back up and asked for the rest of what she owed me, she yelled at me and began to tell me thats what she ment by a refund. Um a refund is getting all your money back and i wouldnt have gotten my meal. On top of that we were the only ones there yet it took almost and hour for them to get us the food.

Road tripping and decided to stop here since weve never been to Jack in the Box before. Service was slow, manager on duty (bleach blonde dude) was off something strong looking around like an owl and talking SUPER slow. A gentleman walked up to the counter WHILE we were ordering and interrupted us to ask the guy at the register and the manager if they had straws so he could suck puss out of a wound on his arm and then proceeded to show them the... thing. They directed him toward the straws. Our food didnt come out until ten or fifteen minutes after we ordered. Food was good, but the service sucked.

Jack in the box is supposed to be great. This one isnt. The food is good, but the employees at this location suck. It took more than 5 minutes for them to take our order. It took about 15 to get our order. Most of the fountain drinks were "out". To top it all off my little guy that are tacos had "an exploding fart in his dreams" and well it wasnt just in his dream. A 1 AM sheet changing, bed scrubbing and showering isnt fun. This has never happened at any other location. I think we will stick to our usual location. Just dont eat at this one. If you must have Jack, travel to a different one.

Worst experience ever. Drive through woman didnt say hello, just told us to hold on... and then didnt get back to us as we waited for about 10 minutes when there was absolutely not one person in the restaurant around 11pm. We could just barely hear people talking in the speaker so we knew there were people inside who were apparently too busy talking to take care of the customers. I wonder if the owner knows why the Sonic next door is making so much more money... well, its because the customers who are tired of waiting to be served have left and gone to Sonic.
