I have never given a review, but I was highly disappointed in this place. We arrived at 7:30 and was told that they were only doing "take out" orders. First, I have worked at restaurants for the last 20 years. They closed at 8:00....they just wanted to leave at 8:00, but it was 7:30. I was ok with that, but the rest was worse. They were out of tacos and out of pineapple rice. I can understand running out of food....especially if you were busy that day. However, the final straw was we got home and my wifes and sons Seafood Platter were missing scallops. It was the reason they got it. I would have called and complained but by now we were home and it was 8:01 and the were gone. We will never go back. Its unfortunate. I advise not to go there in the evening....at least at your own risk!!

I first went when they opened with so many high hopes! I had been counting down the days to their grand opening. But alas! The food was below par and tasted like it had been heated while wrapped in saran wrap. The mac salad and saimin was so bland. I was originally so disappointed I didnt even want to write a review. I went back recently - almost a year later in hopes that it would have gotten better. Surprisingly the place has found its groove. The return visit I had the staff was super friendly and the food quality had improved. Plastic taste wasnt there - yay. The mac salad had a bit more flavor. Had the mixed bbq plate both times and the quality was a complete 180. Im looking frwd to going back again.

We received our food very quickly..issue was, that there was a chicken feather in my meal and my coworkers meal. Called for management,and the girl that answered did not have a care in the world..was told manager would follow up with me sometime today.do not order here,this is not a first time ,other coworkers at my job has had many issues with this company.save your money. Just to update, a week later, and still no reply from management. And have called back two more times to speak to the manager. Says alot about this establishment.

Went there once last year and was very pleased. I ordered like 10+ plates and it didnt take long, also bought a lot of juices and musubis. Their food is way better and fresh than back home, they probably gave up because we have so many good and similar restaurants in Hawaii. Cant wait until they come to Clarksville, said they are supposed to be here in the Summer which is almost over

My first time here. I had the Hawaiian BBQ Beef Bowl. The beef was fatty, stringy and like leather. The rice was hard. Veggies tasted like they were just taken out of a birds-eye frozen food bag. The table I sat at was sticky and wet with soda. I had to wipe it down. I am not normally a critical person, but that was a bad experience. Not quite sure how this place gets 4.8 stars.

My wife and I both got the pulled pork and.cabbage bowls. Doesnt sound as appealing as it tastes, as I happily devoured mine. Tender and juicy pork, cabbage was a perfect al dente and rice a great base for it all. Add a little of their BBQ sauce, which is more like a teriyaki BBQ and matches perfectly with the Hawaiian cuisine. Definitely coming back. NOTE: NO BEER OR WINE.

My husband and I both love L&L Hawaiian Grill. If you are looking for a taste of the island this is definitely the place for you. They have a variety of seafood dishes along with fried spam. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting. There is also a Groupon deal available right now. Stop by and give it a try if you are in the greater Nashville area

We were excited to try something different for a change but a little disappointed after we ate. I was worried when nobody was here and the Tupelo Honey Cafe was slammed with people. The Bulgogi fries were the best but covered in hot sauce so be warned. The fish tacos were good but bland. The pineapple rice was just ok and the manapua was awful.

Awesome AWESOME food. I love BBQ, and the Hawaiian version is great. I usually stick with the BBQ mix plate, which consists of grilled chicken, BBQ beef, and short ribs. It also comes with macaroni salad and white rice. It is so much food, you would have to be a starving teenager going through puberty to eat it all.

I had the Kalua pork today. Ive had better, but that was on the island at a luau. 5 stars for the food, 4 stars for the lack of inside seating and parking. On the other hand, that adds to the authenticity, every spot on Waikiki is like that.

Weve been here a couple of times once when they opened and one recently. The quality of service dropped significantly from then to now. They seemed kinda too busy to explain the menu even without a line. The food was pretty good though.

The people here are SUPER friendly and always helpful. The food is great, especially for being somewhat fast-food in the sense that you dont have to really wait long. Its basically Japanese/Korean themed food with a Hawaiian twist.

My husband and I were so excited to have a L & L here in Franklin, TN..since we moved here from Hawaii 4 years ago we never thought that we would get to taste our favorite food again.. We love it the food and service is great.

This is just like the L&L back home on the island. Bulgogi fries are a must try. My favorite is the pork platter. I have never been dissapointed here. If you want something unique...try spam masubi or pineapple fried rice.

Owner was very friendly. Food was ready pretty quick (party of 5). They have some Hawaiian Sun drinks, but are pretty pricey (having to import them, they are about the same price as on Amazon, so its not a large markup).

Very classic Hawaiian comfort food! The meat is grilled really well and very tender with a great sweet/savory sauce. Super nice folks at the front with a very pleasant dining environment! Cant wait to come back..

Service was five star, guy was super nice. The food was decent, not cheap. They had a closing time of 8pm listed (which is annoyingly early) but they were closing by 7:45 two days in a row.

Brought me back to a local place on Kauai. Very flavorful food, but a lot of grizzle on the pork, made it hard to enjoy. Very friendly service. Check out the Groupon coupon if you go.
