My friend and I called to order some food, and when it was picked up, there was the normal strange background noises, but all the sudden, a loud screeching like noise played. It was suuuper loud and scary. It was a high pitched continuous noise. Im not sure whats wrong with it, but its not my phone because I tested it after and it was fine. We called here again and it happened again!

The Coke Freestyle Soda machine was not working. The 2 Whoppers and 2 Whopper jrs we got were cold. The cheese we got on the Whoppers wasnt even melted. Then all 5 orders of fries were cold. The nuggets were room temp as well. Overall the worst service I have gotten at any Burger King I have been to. Very dissatisfied. They did make us a new order of fries though.

Took forever to get my burger. Drink machine was out of most everything and all the other people waiting for their food were mocking it. After trying to get several different drinks, I had to settle for lemon Coke, which sucked. Oh yeah, they put ketchup on my burger which I asked them not to do.

When the girls at the food d/t window practically throw the bag at you and close the window fast without saying a single word to you...thats a clear sign that you are bothering them and they dont want anymore customers, or a job at that! Ridiculous!

No ice in the drink machine, half the drinks were not available. Rude service as if it was our fault it took them 7-10 min per order at lunch time! Food was hot and correct! Almost a decent experience
