Horrible Olive Garden. They should be ashamed to share the name with something that means great service and good food. Last time we went my children and I sat through terrible service to find hair on the plate. I decided to give it another try a year later hoping theyd have it together. Nope, not at all!!! We got seated within five minutes. Great. Had a NEW waiter, thinking fine, give him a little slack. Until I see that he is serving all other tables and not ours at all! No refills of any kind, he took our breadsticks saying hed be right back, and NEVER did. I wouldnt have been so angry had I not watched him serve all the tables surrounding us more than once with refills on drinks and food. He then proceeds to give me a check, walk off, stand at the wall hes been standing at all night, and flirt with his trainer. Never coming back for the card or check to pay. This was a pricey meal paid by a single mom treating her kids out on a Sunday night. Had to walk up front to pay where the hostess proceeds to take my card and walk off with it. Never saying a word. Um, do not take someones card to go pay and come back empty handed without a reason why!! I refuse to go to this Olive Garden again and will tell my ten friends to pass it along. You know how that old story goes. Awful!!!! *Only rating it one star because this wont publish otherwise!!!!

We had a very mediocre experience. There was a long wait to get in, despite there being no less than 5 employees standing around the greeting area. The restaurant is very outdated, and looks like it might be the first Olive Garden ever built. I would be embarrassed to take a date there. (Has it been a while since you dined in a restaurant with weird brown carpet? Heres your chance.) The man who seated us refused my request for a different table, telling me that the section I requested was closed. It wasnt thirty seconds until a couple was seated at the "closed" table I had asked for. Getting a waiter took at least ten minutes after we were seated, and then service was slow. The food was standard Olive Garden fare, nothing especially good nor bad. Getting a check was a long wait, as was the wait for the waitress to process it. As I said, very mediocre. For the same money I could have gone to Maggianos, had a vastly better atmosphere and dining experience, and more food for the same money. I dont plan to return.

Ive eaten at many Olive Gardens and consistency has always been en pointe. This is the exception... Food: -Breadsticks were salted to the point of inedibility. (Which might be why they brought three baskets of them even though we never finished the first) -Salad was ok, lettuce cores not taken out. -Mussels ranged from WAY overcooked to undercooked, NOT de-bearded, and cooked in a sauce that tasted like it was canned tomatoes ran through a food processor with salt. Needless to say, I didnt eat much. Service: -Wifes "Tour of Italy" was missing the lasagna she ordered. It was brought out at the end of the meal. -Wasnt offered a 2nd glass of wine. (which might have made soldiering through the mussels possible) -Was never asked how the meal was. Redemption mightve been possible at that point. -Server was attentive for the most part until the end of the meal when we wanted our check. 15 minutes. Seriously. And NOT busy at all for a Saturday night. I get it. Its Olive Garden, not Volaré. But pretty disappointing nonetheless.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED You will get better service at a cockroach infested McDonalds. 20 mins just to get hold of a hostess to order your food, 20 mins to receive the incorrect dish....attitude instead of apologies is given....debit card thrown in your direction while you wait for an additional 20 mins without even the offer of at least water. Oh and the promised gift card for the incoveiences never received after calling twice for it. Dont waste your time and money only to be insulted and receive average food. Instead, go explore the world class BBQ and southern cooking TN has to offer.

Olive Garden, being a chain restaurant, is exactly the same no matter where you go. What makes it or breaks it is the staff. At this particular location, you can tell that most of the staff dont want to be working. There are a few exceptions. Some of the servers really love their job, and it shows. Food is pretty consistent. Ive only had to send back a meal once because the chicken was undercooked. Overall, if you have to have Italian food and cant go anywhere else, this place will fill that need. Endless salad/breadsticks is a bonus.

Good food....CRAPPY service. We love ordering out....but man, only 1 out of every 5 times results in a good experience. All of the other times we get HORRIBLE service. Gets annoying really fast. Tonight, I called, first time someone picked up the phone and then hung up, second time "Nicole" answered, but said "Gawwwd" before saying "Thank you for calling Olive Garden". So that time I hung up. If you hate your job that much, Nicole, you should QUIT. So...my husband and I have decided to call our dinner in elsewhere tonight.

Extremely expensive, 10 DLLs. For soup and salad? For 6.00 one could eat a lot more in any Chinese buffet, and have a lot of different options, like fish, chicken, beef, pork, fruits, vegetables, desserts, sushi, frog legs, gelatin, etc. Olive garden is to me a rip off, what one pays for what one eats. Plus having to tip. Restaurants should pay more to their servers, instead of ripping off the customers with high cost meals plus having to pay the servers, which the restaurant hired, not the customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When we entered the place the 2 hostess at the stand had their heads in an electronic device. We were quickly seated but thats about the only thing good that happened with this visit. The waitress was super rude and half the order came out while the other half had to sit and wait. At that point the half that got their meal were finished eating and the other half had to box up their meal. I will never return to this place for a meal again.

Best Olive Garden. I got my favorite dish which is Angel Hair Pasta with Alfredo. They made it better then other Olive Gardens have. Typically they put too little alfredo on it and I have to ask for extra alfredo on the side. It had plenty of Alfredo sauce on it. One of our dishes was overcooked but the manager quickly resolved the issue by offering to either take it off the bill or have it remade.

The manager did not tell the front line hostess that we made reservations since we had a large party. A waitress came out the restroom and didnt wash her hand and ended up been our waitress. We had her and Ryan as our waiter and waitress and her attitude towards Ryan was very unprofessional. Ryan attitude was professional and very helping. The silverware was nasty. The food was good and hot.

The hostesses who were working on 02/10/16 were seriously the most immature, unhelpful bunch of girls who are supposed to be hosting Ive ever seen. Theyd make fun of people, and when I simply asked them a question they were extremely snarky. This was so disappointing. I travel here off and on and I will never come back to this restaurant location ever again. So disappointed.
