Visited Fido today, December 8. Although the line to order was long, it moved pretty quickly and there were lots of yummy treats to look at while we waited (I highly recommend the Chocolate Lovers cookie). The situation to get your drink is a little confusing at the counter, be careful not to pick up someone elses beverages. Our food came out quickly, but the waitress/server that brought it to us was so rude and nasty it was unbelievable. Ive never been treated the way I was at Fido. The waitress had three plates with her, all with the same food on each plate (the McFido with andouille sausage is what my friend and I each ordered and the third plate she had was the McFido with no meat). I was simply confused that she had three plates in her hands because generally when a server brings your food to your table they bring your food only and not your food and another tables food. So I politely told her that we hadnt ordered the McFido with no meat, to which she promptly spat back "I have two separate orders in my hands. One of them is yours. Now who had the McFido?!" After sorting out our food she proceeded to LITERALLY throw the silverware onto the table and made a gigantic clattering sound before leaving our table in a huff. My friend and I were so stunned that we stared at each other for a solid 10 seconds before we could even say anything. I did get in contact with the management and they were VERY apologetic and VERY nice about the whole situation. I appreciated that. Other than the outrageously b****y attitude of the server, the food was delicious and its a really fun place.

Been here several times just for coffee, and I like it, but Im no coffee snob. And I really like the whole style and vibe of the place. Its trendy and a bit hipster, but not too much, and the chairs are comfy enough to sit and catch up with friends for a while. I also like the a la carte style of service, that way you dont have to wait for someone to come take your order and you get to pick where you want to sit. But alas, this review is for the burger experience. I came here hungry and prepared to try the burger that I had heard good things about. First off, this is definitely not a traditional burger - it is a mixture of ground beef and lamb, which is something I had never tried or made. Surprisingly, it is a great mix, and it was cooked just to the right point which was a plus. The toppings for the burger are cheese, a fried onion, lettuce, and something else.... fennel? It really gave the burger an interest flavor. To be honest, I was just so surprised by the lamb/beef mix that it all kind of just melted in my mouth as I ignored the person I was there with. My only criticism would be that the sweet potato fries - my favorite side with burgers- arent particularly good here. Maybe its just the couple of times I had them, but they seem really soft, almost uncooked. Arent they supposed to be crunchy on the outside, warm on the inside, and delicious all over with a hint of cinnamon? Overall, amazing burger, cool place, and would definitely be five stars if they had better sweet potato fries....

I came to Nashville for a wedding this weekend. This place was on the list of recommended places to eat. First we drove by the pancake house which had a line a block long. We pulled in to this place, parked in the back. Very cool and different inside. Its several old stores merged and very contemporary/industrial looking. You get in line and order and they bring your food out to you. Best Breakfast we ever had from steak and omelet/eggs for me to gluten free pancake and eggs for the kids. The food came out in 10-15 minutes. It was tasty and refined - high quality ingredients and presentation. The meal was substantial and held us for the whole day. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following AM to repeat the experience. It was awesome. It seems the line can get long at peak ordering times so plan accordingly. Those with a discriminating, progressive palate will not be disappointed 5-stars. Will hit this place every time I come back to Nashville!

This was my first time at Fido. I had higher expectations based on previous articles and reviews. When I arrived, the female cashier with blue hair decided I was not important enough to place an order, and rudely continued to enjoy her conversation with another girl. Two minutes later a jovial male associate took my order and explained the way the order buzzer works (similar to Panera Bread). It only took about 5 minutes to receive my "meat and three" which tasted good. The only issue was that the portion was way to small for $13.00. I received about two medium scrambled eggs, a small scoop of hashbrowns, three pieces of bacon, and one piece of toast with a packet of smuckers strawberry jam....smh. I have had better quality breakfast and much larger portions at a cheap hotel. If you are ok with childrens portions, this is the place for you. If you want an adult sized meal, go somewhere else.

Weird model for a restaurant. Clearly aimed at volume over quality, cleanliness, worker satisfaction. I only go there because I can order some crap and then work on my laptop without being hassled constantly by wait staff angling for tips, so its a weird match of freaks. However, management is hostile to people working there (they shut off wifi much of the time, have signs up discouraging it - they want people to eat and gtfo, obv). Still, the staff is generally great, considering, and the food is *usually* decent, so long as its not an off-hour. No draught beer or liquor. Coffee is from local roaster that is famously bad & over roasted. Its definitely a place that is there, and owned local, which is all I require.

I cant understand why this place has such high reviews. Maybe we came on a bad day but it was not worth it. Four of us came and waited in line for 30 mins. Then we waited another 30 to get our food. They brought 3 of the 4 dishes and we waited about 5 more minutes for the last dish. Mine was not right but I didnt want to send it back because I was hungry. She offered me a free coffee. The food was not that great, cold and tasted way too salty (all 4 dishes). We also saw them several times clean off tables but just wipe them off with their hands. They never returned with a cloth to properly clean the table. Gross! All in all we spent $50 and 1.5 hours for four people to eat salty food. What a waste!!

Admittedly, I went here because it was said to be one of Taylor Swifts favorite hangout spots. While staying in Nashville a staff member from our hotel was like " yeah that makes sense, its right by her condo", so there is hope if youre a local and a T-Swift fan. This place overall had some great eats. I got the Village Scramble with Egg Whites and the Milk Bone Latte (a must get, its both strong but not over poweringly sweet). The Scramble was also a great choice, it had that southwest style for breakfast. The atmosphere is also great, with an all dog theme, from the menu to dog footprints on the floor. Would definitely recommend if youre in the area!
