We go to the Rivergate Madison TN store. We have had bad experiences with this store. They put coupons in the paper buy one dozen get dozen glazed free. Well the past 3 visits they say they are out of the glazed, so I asked yesterday what can you substitute for. I was told a dozen of chocolate covered. So we said wed take those. We get the donuts on Saturday to take to our Sunday school class. This morning when we opened our dozen of chocolate covered and imagine this, there was only 8 in the box. This is very unacceptable and very rude very bad business. I doubt we will ever go back. At least at Kroger & Wal-Mart we get what we pay for. Kathy Hannah, past costumer of Krispy Kreme.

I was wanting to surprise my wife with her favorite donuts. I thought I wasnt going to make It there before they closed. I called ahead and got the manager Yvonne. She was so sweet on the phone and assured me I was going to make it. When I got there I made my order and pulled ahead to the window and two very nice guys was putting my order together they ask me my order again and I told them as long as my wife got a couple cream filled I would be good. Yvonne heard me say that and said , is that David and came to the window to meet me. She was just as kind and sweet in person as she was on the phone. The whole experience was great and I will be back !!!

We ordered 3 donuts and a iced coffee latte. We ended up getting 14 donuts bc the girl with braces cant hear. And then hands me an iced coffee without whipped cream which would have been fine if she had asked me before making it/charging me for it. She did offer to refund my cc charge but she plainly had attitude and I just wanted to get away before she ended up charging me for more items I didnt order. Krispy Kreme may want to put in my training time for their employees.

Went in to pick up a dozen doughnuts yesterday afternoon and they were out of plain old glazed doughnuts. How does a Krispy Kreme runout of glazed doughnuts? Second bad experience at this location. The first time before the reconstruction I stopped in and bought a few and they didnt taste like KK normally does. Dont know if someone forgot something in the dough but they tasted like Kroger donuts. I love KK but this location need some improvement.

I was told they were out of chocolated iced so i asked "just a moment"to reconfigure my order.yet the rude drive thru worker repeatedly asked me "can I take your order" ! There wasnt a line at all..i didnt understand his rush. I then placed my order... for someone in such a rush he couldnt remember what I requested..i repeated my order only to be told they were out of chocolate iced Kreme filled. I drove 30 minutes for nothing but attitude.

Went in on Sunday morning-said they were short- handed and only had about 3 types of donuts in the case.This was the second time they said they were short handed.One late Saturday morning recently, I went in and witnessed DOZENS of donuts just rolling off the conveyer belt onto the floor with nobody attending to it.Several people in line who also witnessed it were shocked and commenting at all the waste.This store is NOT being run right.

The manger got a little worked up when she had a misunderstanding about what I ordered. I politely let her know how I felt about her being in a management position and not having communication skills and she gave me my doughnuts free. You would think her giving me my doughnuts for free would prompt me to give a higher rating however she never once apologized.

I come in here all the time. Even though they are short handed, they still manage to get everything they need done. The employees are sweethearts and I love them all. I have never been to a place and just loved everything about it, until now. The food is amazing. Never fails to satisfy me. The drinks are perfection. I will always return to this store.

Really great place, with friendly service. I go there regularly to reward the team. Use the app to quickly accumulate points for a free dozen donuts (mind you, including the option of a mixed dozen, not just plain!) to reward the family on occasion on the cheap.
