I would not give nearly 5 stars if it werent for Chandler Cole giving me exemplary service. I wasnt happy with the way my food was originally prepared, and she said they would have it remade with an attitude Mr. Taco Bell himself would be proud of! She is the reason i will return to this restaurant. She was always smiling, and making me feel welcomed, and didnt rush me through the ordering process, and brought the newly made food out to me pronto! THANK YOU!!! :)

Ive been going here a while and the food usually meets expectations. However, the wait is always between 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. Also, they have been out of something every time recently or claim that is has been discontinued. If I have time, I just drive over to the Taco Bell in Hendersonville and get the missing or discontinued food. The staff is always friendly and apologetic, but the issues have only gotten worse over the past few months.

Ive been here plenty of times, but on this evening it was a different Taco Bell. The girl at the drive-through was extremely friendly, and professional. We get home to chow down, and I found that my tacos were exactly like they looked like in the pictures, super full, heavy even, and delicious! I got full on 3 tacos when I ordered 5! I dont know if theyre under new management, but whatever theyre doing, I hope they keep doing it!!!

Staff was great. Our CSR was genuinely polite, smiled and was very helpful. I also spotted a group of Hardees managers discussing ways to keep improving quality and service times. THATs always comforting to see. Great job. Thank you guys so much for your time and attention. Mash family (Illinois)

Very well disorganized and coke machine not working cared less. Cashier polite but chewing food and waiting counter. Hair down in face under his cap. Throwing cokes out but still giving to customer in drive thru even though no good. Wont go back waited over 30 min for a chalupa.

Best taco bell Ive worked at! Been at alot of diffrent stores in my 7 years with the company and its by far the best one. Friendly staff, food server right.the whole community is great! Couldnt ask for a better work and eatting inviroment!!

Our basketball team came in at 10pm not knowing the lobby closed at 10pm. They could have turned us away but they were willing to stay and serve all of us. They were quick and the food was great. Thanks for your service!
