As a vegetarian, learning that I could use the black bean patty for almost any listing on the menu was phenomenal news for me. The woman who took my order was extremely helpful and accommodating with my food restrictions. They apparently even let dogs on the patio! My only complaint is that both times I visited, my toppings were switched with those from my boyfriends order. We got our food to-go both times, so we didnt realize the order was messed up until after we got home. The meal was still delicious, and I suspect maybe a new cook misread the request. I will continue to order from here, but will be checking my food before I leave the restaurant in the future.

I went here for the first time last weekend while traveling to Nashville. It looks like your typical strip mall joint, but dont let that fool you, the food is really great! First, the burgers are truly fantastic. I had one with jalapenos and bbq sauce and it was delicious. Their fries are way better than your typical joint and I recommend the buffalo fries. You can also order a beer with your burger, which we a great way to wash down the delicious burger. Clean, great staff, and beer with my burger - this place was great. Give it a try.

I had a build your own burger and a side of buffalo fries. The server was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. When I went it was not very busy. The food tasted extremely fresh and even after a few minutes still radiated heat as I was taking pictures. Price is fair for the amount of food and overall taste. The burger was cooked well done, but still retained its juices and was not overly greasy which is good for a lunch break burger so you dont feel sluggish going in for the rest of the day. Genuinely enjoyed the entire meal.

Great food.....TERRIBLE service. The girl was vacuuming when we entered right by the door, never looked up said hello smile nothing. We were the only people in location. She proceeded to make us wait as she finished vacuuming. When we were waited on, she still looked miserable and said what can we get for ya... I advised I had never eaten here before...do I need to sit or order at the counter? She said menu at the door on the right...she was very unwelcoming very unhelpful very miserable. very disappointing

The first thing that sticks out: our food was out QUICK. We had time to get drinks, choose a table and say a sentence and our food was in front of us. Second, the food was so good. Im very picky for my burgers. I like them a particular way, and this one was perfect. It was juicy, seasoned and made just as I asked. The buns were great. My veggies were fresh. Prices are low, food is fast and quick. The ambiance is great. I think this is well worth 5 stars.

So good. Ive been here 5 or so times and maybe only had an issue one time where they didnt "smash" our fries and forgot sauteed onions. But obviously not a huge deal. This place is great!! Just had the big mushroom and swiss with truffle sauce and it was super super good. I had to let it cool because the fries and burger came out so quickly they were piping hot! But dang, that was super good!!

SmashBurger is a dinner style burger joint with creative menu options. They also serve milkshakes and beer. The staff was friendly and competent. The cashier walked us through all of the options as it was our first visit. The burgers were big, juicy, and delicious. Their style of fries are also very good in shoestring or sweet potatoe form.

My hamburger and fries tasted good. My husband on the other hand finished his burger and was about to start eating his fries when a long curly black hair was woven in the fries. Neither of us have black hair. When he took it back up to the counter to the girl she just said oh and that was it. We will NEVER go back there again.

Show strings fries piss me off, I know petty. I got buffalo fries and it was a sprinkle of Buffalo dust lol. Wtf is buffalo dust. I had to ask for hotsauce because it wasnt even hot. Burgers were ok, I got one that was supposed to have bbq sauce. I couldnt taste it. Im a burger connoisseur, I could make a better one.

I love Smash Burger! I have eaten at many different smash burgers and I love this location! I always stop in and see the owner hard at work! All of the employees are happy to see me when I walk in the door and the food is always delicious! I will always go back here when in need of a yummy meal!

Great burgers. Tennessee burger is awesome, staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only gripe is they are a bit pricey for what you are getting, but That said I still cough up the extra dough for lunch quite often as they make a great burger and buffalo fries are a must.

One of the most disappointing dining experiences ever. My husbands order came out a good 10 to 15 minutes before mine. Waitress rude when it was finally brought to table. Onion rings way over cooked. We did enjoy that you served Coca Cola products.

Asked for a bacon cheddar burger, was told they were out of it. Asked for a burger with bacon and cheddar, no problem. Strange. Anyway, their burgers are consistently delicious. Theyre juicy and flavorful. Make sure you get the Smash fries.

I would have given a 5 but 2 things that bothered me: 1. They took away my rosemary skinny fries!!!! 2. There was a lady that was working there and scooping the ice cream of the scoop with her finger and then licked her finger.

Cowboy burger, no onions...tasty but skimpy on the meat. Place is clean and spacious. No menu posted for those waiting in line. Thumbs up to the atmosphere. Employees never smiled. They seem stressed.

The burger was good but the a/c was out and some water was dripping from the ceiling on the back of the booth. We asked what organic tea was and the cashier said its whatever comes in this bag.

Perfect amount of options & milkshakes!!! Went on a Sunday around church time & food came out within 10 minutes. Reminds me of a modern milkshake shop. Definetly recommend.
