Went here a couple weeks ago and my order was literally messed up 3 times in a row. Same order...3 times in a row. I let a couple weeks go by and decided id give it another go. Never fails, order was messed up. I called to inform manager about it but it seemed as if she didnt believe me. I guess it is hard to believe you could mess the same order up 3 times in a row. I decided I would just make the trip back to good ol whitecastle although I was already home. When I get there it is the same exact shift manager that I spoke to a couple weeks ago when my order was messed up.... 3 times.. goes without saying, ill never be visiting this location again.

This White Castle is literally the worst place Ive ever worked! The general manager doesnt address important issues, such as lazy employees, employees disrespecting management, and places other White Castles on his priority list over his own. I requested days off weeks in advanced and never got them off, I was threatened by another pregnant manager saying she was going to "fight me", and my school schedule was not at all respected by the gm. Worst place to work seriously. I can only imagine how the customers would feel. Glad I left! So much happier waking up in the mornings..

We decided to check out the famous Whitecastle with the mini burgers. Wished I would of ate somewhere else. Ordered 4 burgers and a order of cheese and bacon fries. The burgers were disgusting and restaurant smelled bad when we walked in. The following hours were followed by bad gas and gut rot. Save your time and just go to somewhere good.

First time ever having White Castle burgers. Yes, they were square and had onion flavor. For me, nothing to write home about but at least I can say Ive been to a White Castle twice. Daughter wanted to try some too but I went across the street to try something else, Lol.

Man Im from Chesapeake Va. and dont have White Castles near us. So when I saw this spot with east access for a Semi Truck, I quickly hit brakes and turned in for my White Castles adventure. Was pretty good and will stop back in when Im in Plainfield again

Great location to stop and grab a bite when your driving along I70, plenty of gas stations nearby to fill your car up as well. The standard White Castle fair, but I have not had a bad meal here and service was always friendly.

The manager on duty at 2am is horrible! The tables are all dirty, took my order wrong and took care of 3 cars at the drive through before giving me a messed up order that she wouldnt even fix!

Great food, prepared quickly (even if their busy). Parking can be tight during busy periods. Good place to grab a bite to eat if your in a hurry.
