Went inside to get my son some ice cream on Monday night. The place was ran by teenagers. They were all goofing off and laughing (very loud). The young teen that was taking my order was clearly annoyed with her co-workers and embarrassed. She tried asking them a question and was ignored because the employees were too busy running around and laughing. When my mother asked the girl where the manager was, she pointed to a young girl that was running through the kitchen and laughing. Wont be going back.

Enjoyed a great dinner and dessert with my husband and son last night. Everything was made perfectly and quickly. We opted to sit on the large patio with the wonderful weather. When we were finished eating and talking, there was a trash can where you could stack trays and walk out of the patio gate to your car. It was a pleasant time!

This group is absolutely amazing. Came in almost till close with a group of people. The ladies were fantastic in handling our order and delivering a speedy service without any negative atmosphere. We were out before they even closed with how fast they were! Great job and thank you for your great service!

Just passing though. The young lady was nice and friendly. food came out fast but they messed up my order. For a large chicken strip basket, I probably got fifteen french fries..Last time Ill be going to DQ for a while.. way too expensive for the inconvenience

It wasnt the quality of the food or The Help The Help was excellent and friendly the owner of this establishment is using the wrong size cups for blizzards they cost enough already theres no point in screwing your customers on top of that!

The way the place is managed I am surprised that they can keep any employees on staff long enough to fully train. The customer service is below average. You have one or two workers in there that work hard to fill orders.

Love the staff! Food is really good. The cake decorator made a gender surprise cake for me. I gave her a gift bag to put it in for my boyfriend to open on his bday. She added curled bows to seal it

Place is usually very busy but enough staff can handle it. Quick and decent food. Ive never had any trouble here with the associates. Place is clean from what I tell and had adequate seating.

Quick and friendly inside service. $6 meal was filling so worth the price. Kids had the $5 meals and we walked away with leftovers so I was pleased. Nice lunch treat.
