Terrible customer service!! If you are going to order for more than one person, dont bother. We came in and ordered 3 kids meals and wanted 3 adult combos to go with our subs. Repeatedly told the cashier "3 kids meals and 3 adult combos" and paid our $37. We were eating and the lady kept bothering us, asking us how many chips we got. We answered 6. She kept asking and finally said "well, you only paid for five" and argued with me until I finally paid for an extra bag of chips just to get some peace!! Apparently it is too confusing to add a combo for each sub ordered. Terrible.... we were sitting right in front of the register with our three small children and my parents. We were obviously not trying to steal a silly bag of chips.

Purchased a meatball sub and was asked if I wanted it toasted and I responded "NO" so Vick decides to microwave it without me asking for him to do so and after I drive back to work to eat my lunch I bite into my sub and the meatballs are like balls of lava sent straight from hell and the bread Is now chewy. Why would you need to microwave a meatball sub. Makes no sense. Thanks subway for letting me down. And Vick you need to learn some customer service etiquette, your beyond rude.
