We typically have a good experience for the most part, other than the often wait time for food, seems to be getting better at times though, but as far as food and friendly service its never been a negative experience. Which is why i gave 4 stars. However last night, my husband and I went by about 15 mins till close and we fully understand working in the food industry and being ready to go home at close and all but there was a car at the drive thru window being taken care of, had ordered waiting for food, we pulled up to the speaker in drive thru and waited about 3 mins or more till someone finally said "sorry but were closed" we looked at each other and then at the time, after waiting at the speaker it was now 10 mins till they were supposed to close. I replied by saying, "Im sorry, but you guys dont close until 11, right?" The guy came back over the speaker and said "uhm, uh, well yeah. But we got a new manager and so we have to close a few mins early tonight." At that time they then turned off the lights and everything outside. I simply said "well okay then." And we left. I myself am a manager in the food industry and let me just say that under no circumstances should that have happened. Obviously im not going to bash them, they normally dont give us any issues. However i hope to offer some insight on customer service, dont do that. New manager or not. The fact that you now have a new manager is more reason not to do that. The manager has been assigned to that store now obviously bc the last one wasnt acting to par of doing what was needed for the good of the store, so if im a new manager, i want to make sure i do everything i can to correct the wrongs and show that i am going to make sure i take care of my guest and provide excellent service. Now idk if the "new manager" was even aware the employee said this to us but what he did by saying it was make this new manager look very unprofessional and incompetent. Best of luck to you though and to getting that store into shape. I hope you dont have any incidents like this in the future. They will cost you and catch up with you in due time like they have the others before you. I truly do wish you best and hope to see you and the location succeed. We will be back, you havent lost us over this and in the long run it wasnt a huge deal but as a new manager, it really kind of was to your reputation. Again, not angry just think it should have been handled differently or not have happened at all.

This location is TERRIBLE! I like to have a low carb scrambler in the morning but this location is RARELY open when I go by at 6:30am. The sign says that they open at 6:00am but this location has only been open 2 out of 10 times that I have been there. This morning I went through the drive-thru at 6:33am, the lights were off and the sole employee ignored my attempts to speak with her (I wanted to complain). Get a clue. Hire some responsible morning staff or stop advertising that you are open for breakfast. I tried not to give even one star but couldnt post my comments until I did. Tried again today (8/18/2017). Still no different. At 6::37am the two people in the store just stood there, not taking orders; not acknowledging anyones existence. The sad part about this is that they are getting PAID to open at 6:00am. Someone higher up MUST know how terrible this location really is!

I refuse to go here anymore. The employees are grumpy and lazy. They try to get away with doing things like giving you regular fries instead of chili fries. A while back, they started locking the doors, despite the sign still saying the lobby is 24/7. Employees often ignore the drive-through alert. When these issues were brought up with the owner, the owner called me a liar. If you want Krystals, go to the one in Irondale. Theyre decent human beings, unlike this ones franchise owner. Also, like the other review from 2010 says, they take a ridiculous amount of time, to the point you start to wonder if they decided not to bother with your food.

Burgers were cold, fries were cold, pies were cold. Not to mention the prices are way too high for fast food. You can eat at a nice sit down restaurant for the same price or less. Krystal actually has a good product. Its unfortunate they have priced themselves out of the market and the franchise owners and GMs have no care or concern about serving old product or hiring competent employees. Oh well, that was the last time I throw away money there. Good luck to the rest of you

Since they have gotten new employees that are nicer and have smiles on their faces I go alot more now. I usually go in either mornings or afternoons and I havent had a problem in about 3 or 4 months. Food hasnt been messed up its been hot fries have been hot service has been fast and faces and attitudes have been friendly. Keep these employees and the service will remain great. Cause I love Krystals

Place was clean and it showed with a 99 health rating, but the food was horrible. I got 2 chics and 2 cheese krystals. My krystals were cold and hard as a brick, the bread crumbled and looked caramelized on bottoms. The cheese wasnt even melted. Chics were better but bread was still a little dry. Im not a fast food type person and this reminded me of why!

Just left there and it took longer than twenty mins to get our food. Went in to get the money and the guy said our sandwiches had been dropped and they just put more on the grill... Ridiculous. They just werent going to tell us. Awful service and I never give reviews for food places on line

Sucks takes longer and longer every time i go and then your charged an outrageous price for fries and there cold but on the brite side theres lots of burger joints around the one in Moody Alabama that i went to so i dont have to put myself through that again!!!!

Does not follow directions.... you ask to add ketchup they minus mustard. Ridiculous Ive beeN to this Krystal 4 different occasions and every time the order is the same and screwed up differently.... how hard is it to listen and deliver.
